Holiday rentals with a patio in Nayarit

Honestly a 10/10. Everything about this place was perfect. The view was INCREDIBLE. The whole apartment was just perfect. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart which the host provides at an extra cost! Chelsea and Vanessa the hosts were amazing and super accommodating!

We loved everything about this apartment. It was so convenient being next to all the restaurants and the beach. We loved waking up to the sound of the birds. Thank you for sharing your place with us. I would definitely stay here again!

El lugar es muy bello, mucha tranquilidad en el edificio para poder descansar, tiene muchas amenidades dentro del condominio y tiene una excelente ubicación, el departamento está increíble

El lugar es muy lindo y tiene lo necesario para poder pasar un excelente tiempo cerca de la playa. Tiene sillas para la playa que se pueden usar, nos ofreció sombrilla. La verdad que si volvería a ir si vuelvo a la Peñita.

Un lugar fantástico, está muy cerca de la playa y la piscina en el septimo piso es increíble. Nos gustó también que había alguien en la recepción 24/7. Volveríamos con gusto!

Super buena opción. El edificio es muy bonito y las indicaciones para llegar fueron muy claras!! No tuvimos problema con nada. El departamento esta muy completo y los hosts siempre estuvieron al pendiente. La alberca es un espacio muy agradable y sin problema puedes caminar a la playa! Me gusto que la calle en la que se encuentra es bastante segura y facil de accesar! Muy buen experiencia, recomendado👍🏼

We had an amazing stay at Madero 320, Unit 401 in Puerto Vallarta! My husband and I were traveling from Los Angeles with a friend, and we were looking for a place that offered both comfort and convenience, and this condo exceeded all of our expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Zona Romántica, making it easy to walk to fantastic restaurants, bars, and clubs. The condo itself is beautifully updated, featuring high-end finishes and stylish decor. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city and ocean. A special shoutout to Matias, the concierge, who was incredibly friendly and provided an excellent recommendation for dinner on our first night. His local insights made our trip even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a modern, well-located, and comfortable place to stay in PV, this is it! We’ll definitely be back.

Muy buen alojamiento, equipado, con buen mantenimiento, y excelentes condiciones. Es privado, ideal para descansar y lo mejor es que permitan el acceso a mascotas. Manuel estuvo muy servicial y pendiente de la llegada y las dudas que surgían. Estoy satisfecho con esta experiencia y la recomiendo.

We had an amazing time during our week here! The views were incredible and the place was exactly as described. Saw some of the best sunsets of our lives from the deck and there was plenty of space to set up and hang out after long days exploring the many towns and beaches nearby! We would highly recommend this place.

Súper recomendada, la casa es grande y espaciosa, los cuartos espaciosos y todo impecable, le llegada fue muy flexible y súper fácil, la zona tranquila además de tener cercas supermercados, la casa está súper equipada con todo lo necesario

Nos pasamos un excelente fin de semana. La casa es muy cómoda y limpia, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar una estancia en familia o amigos. El jardín con asador, la alberca climatizada, de lo mejor. Ya es la segunda vez que vamos y volveríamos sin dudar.

100% recomendado alojarse en esta casa. Se encuentra en una de las mejores zonas de Tepic con acceso a todo muy fácil y rápido. Y la atención del anfitrión es de las mejores que me han tocado en mi experiencia en Airbnb! Sin duda en alguna otra ocasión esta será mi primera opción.

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta over seven times, and Tim’s place has definitely been our favorite stay so far! The home is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and unique artwork—it immediately made us feel at home. The mini-split AC and ceiling fan kept the space comfortable even on the hottest days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it was just my husband and me, having two bathrooms was super convenient. We especially loved the rooftop pool—it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a stunning sunset. The building’s gym is hands-down the best in the Romantic Zone. The location is ideal—within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and taco stands. Tim was very responsive throughout, and he arranged for a host to greet us at both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Perfect for two nights of relaxation with no goals of anything else. Other than checking out the roof, I literally slept, watched movies, and just enjoyed being disconnected, but it was perfect!

El departamento cuenta con todo lo que dice la descripción y el acceso fue super fácil. Está muy cerca tanto de Vallarta, como del embarcadero de Nuevo Vallarta, prácticamente cerca de varias y bonitas playas. Pienso volver pronto!!

The only thing I didn't realize was there was only one blow dryers, and one keys. Besides that this place had an amazing view, calm relaxing pool, and the response if we needed something was very quick, we loved it.
