Holiday rentals with beach access in Nayarit

Excellent accommodation very spacious and comfortable ideal for long-term stays and very accessible for short term had a microwave and electric oven, very large terrace with an excellent view of the sea, very spacious dining room on the terrace and the Bolongo development is very comfortable and very familiar

I had my doubts if it was close to the beach and it really is close, it's only 1 block away, it's very comfortable, you have a pharmacy and oxxo nearby. Everything is very comfortable, there is a pool and jacuzzi available with a beautiful view. The bad thing is that you have to park somewhere far away if it rains because they say that it floods. It didn't rain, so we left our car in front and we had no problem

Honestly a 10/10. Everything about this place was perfect. The view was INCREDIBLE. The whole apartment was just perfect. Definitely recommend getting a golf cart which the host provides at an extra cost! Chelsea and Vanessa the hosts were amazing and super accommodating!

The accommodation is very good only as a recommendation to be very careful not to trust anyone unknown since we had a bad experience near the beach

Manuel's studio is all you need for a comfortable family vacation. Manuel is concerned that everything in the studio is of the highest quality and even provided us with a crib and utensils for our baby, really thank you

The person who was in contact with us was very kind. The girl who cleans the apartment leaves it impeccable. It is worth paying for cleaning if you go for many days. The lobby staff leaves a lot to be desired, but other than that, the stay was very pleasant, the pool, everything. We had a great time and felt very safe. My children and we were happy and of course we would return.

Walkable area, central to lots of touristy spots and eateries. Rooftop pool + view are 10/10! Continental breakfast and turnover service was a nice touch. Would recommend!

Everything was perfect. The location is ideal, the apartment is cozy, the pool is beautiful with its 360° view. Louis and Sébastien are attentive and sound for you. I can only recommend this place.

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Excellent option for those of us who travel with dogs, it is very difficult to find a place where we can spend time with our dog friends. The house is impeccable, it has everything you need, super comfortable and close to the beach! Excellent option to relax and spend time with family 🐶🫶🏼

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

The dipping pool and view were a highlight for us. The apartment was very charming and checked all of our boxes. The road to the unit is steep but it’s a short incline that we managed in our sandals regularly. The noise at night from the bars was loud so have earplugs or headphones (I did a white noise out of mine to sleep). Sayulita is very walkable and there are a couple different beaches to take advantage of. We did a guided trail walk with yoga on the beach with Wanderlust the first day which was a great start to the trip. We also took an Uber to the Monkey Mountain hike. Would come back again and stay with Greg.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! My wife, myself and our toddler had the best time relaxing and enjoying this beautiful home. We loved playing outside in the backyard and swimming in the pool. We cooked a lot of our meals outside on the grill and that was awesome. The hosts were very accommodating with our toddler and provided a high chair and a pack and play. We walked around and explored the nearby areas including some restaurants, shops and the beach. We felt very safe and comfortable. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. We are so glad that we found this gem and had the time we did here. We will definitely be back!

It is a very nice and rustic house, its design is very cozy and the area is quite quiet. It has ample spaces to relax and everything you need to spend the day at home or on the beach. We loved staying there!

The main reason that we stayed here was because of the 3 beautiful and spacious pools and beach access. We were mindful that the living space was small, but it was made up with amenities. Juan Pablo was very accommodating and was attentive to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely be returning for future Nuevo Vallarta trips. The security of the condominium was very assuring and would definitely recommend for families.

Great place to stay ! new building safe parking garage. 5 min drive to the Malecon nice pools and friendly staff. Highly recommend Ramon's place.

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

super nice apartment, with everything you need; it's just like the photos.. the day we arrived we found a basket with details like popcorn, mint sweets, tea etc.. we found it AMAZING. Yessica always attentive and super cute and friendly and the maintenance boys and staff of Tizate TIPAZOSSSSS.. Of course we would return.

If you are looking for tranquility, this is the apartment, larger than what you see in the photos, comfortable, with a pool in the condominium and apart from the beach club about 500 meters away, with a pool, restaurant and access to the beach and a very nice view. There were some maintenance details that the host was attentive to and resolved. Reservation for 4-5 people excellent.

You’re right in front of the beach, gorgeous view, well-equipped kitchen, awesome shower, great bed, and the best part turned out to be the massive pools and jacuzzis with up front views of the ocean and the mountains. For a reasonable price I think this is one of the best in PV
