Dianna was very quick to respond to messages and it was a beautiful peaceful place to stay for Christmas while visiting family and friends. I loved the real Christmas tree! It was perfect!

What an incredible spot, secluded and so peaceful. Amazing sights all around and Mark was a wonderful host making sure we had everything we needed and knew where to go. the house is clean and perfectly designed with everything you need to be comfortable. We will definitely return and appreciate getting to experience such a special location.

This AirBnB is located right on the Rimrocker trail in Nucla. Montrose county allows OHVs to drive along this route. Therefore we were able to trailer off our side by sides at the AirBnB and explore the Rimrocker trail and Uncompahgre Plateau trails directly from the AirBnB site, which is fantastic. The house has a nice "country" feel to it. Sitting on the front deck and looking over Gay's flower garden and the farm field across the road was a great feeling. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would go back.
