My apartment is located in the upper old town of the Renaissance city of Neuburg on the Danube and thus in the best residential area of the city. The Upper Old Town is like a beautiful Renaissance village on a hill above the Lower Old Town. The apartment is located in the completely renovated Bortenmacherhaus (17th century) with original beams, wooden floor with underfloor heating, a great bathroom with shower, tub and glass ceiling, a gallery, a small balcony and historic vending machines.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Our apartment in Zell an der Speck is centrally located on the edge of the Altmühl valley between the cities of Eichstätt, Neuburg a. d. Donau and Ingolstadt. Perfect for excursions and explorations to the beautiful countryside.

Located on the second floor on the southern side of the valley, the apartment sits over the rooftops of the historic west suburb. In front of the historic Jura, the Kapellbach spring ripples, where plenty of rainbow trout flocks in the fresh spring water. Alteichstätter refer to the Kapellbuck-Idyll as Kleinvenedig des Altmühltal. Cafes, restaurants, public parking and the island bath are very close by.

We offer an apartment with high variable usability. The living space extends over two levels. Next to the living area, the sleeping level unfolds as a gallery on the upper floor. The bathroom, with a shower or bath area lowered at the foot level, could be referred to as the third living level.
