Great experience, awesome loft that was walkable to everything in downtown Nashville. Responsive host. Place looked like the photos and the description was accurate. Would return in the future!

Excellent location. So peaceful and quiet but everything is in walking distance. Great place and would absolutely book this as my only place to stay in Nashville!

Place was perfect, exactly as described. Easy commute to downtown! Plenty of shopping and places to eat around the area! Will def be back!

Very walkable to all the main attractions. Exactly like the pictures. There is a parking garage pretty much connected to the lofts so parking was simple. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Second time here in Franklin at this beautiful loft. Perfect walking distance to everything downtown and clean and well stocked. Loved our time here and will be back!

For a busy weekend in Nashville this was the perfect space for us.

This place is an amazing place to stay. We felt right at home. Pictures don’t do justice. Instructions were accurate. Convenient walking distance to and from broadway. Definitely will be returning next time we’re in Nashville. For those who are considering staying here. Follow the instructions from the host. It will be very helpful. Location location location! This loft was in the perfect spot- just a quick walk to the middle of the Broadway strip. Far enough away that you could recharge in peace, but close enough to never miss out on the action! The decor was gorgeous, made us feel right at home. Loved the keyless entry! Earplugs were provided which was helpful since we could hear the upstairs neighbours walking and talking. Highly recommend this spot!!!

This place was perfect for CMA fest weekend. Easy walk to Broadway, Nissan Stadium and anywhere in downtown Nashville. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating.

Location was perfect ... a few blocks from Broadway with restaurants nearby. Friendly atmosphere in the building and neighborhood. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time staying at Samira's place for our first visit to Nashville! The location was perfect, walking distance to Broadway and other attractions. It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and prepare a few light meals. The beds were very comfortable (even the pull out bed!) and the unit was nice and quiet. We loved the Memory Wall area for taking photos and captured some great memories there. We were slightly disappointed the record player was not hooked up and there were no records to play as the listing stated this is functional. We used the pool which was very nice and there was even a BBQ happening at lunch on one of the days we were there where they were serving free hot dogs, burgers, soft drinks and chips. Samira was a very responsive and friendly host and was always available with recommendations and helpful tips. Overall we loved our time here and would return and recommend to friends.

Nicole was a great host and her place was fantastic! It was very clean and updated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great and convenient place in Nashville!

Great location with some restaurants and bars with live music where locals seemed to visit regularly, that was literally a 5 min walk. We took an Uber more than once and they were very affordable to get down to Broadway. You could actually walk to Broadway if you desired. The condo was clean and spacious and everything we needed. I would stay again.

Stunning, well-designed and beautiful space in a convenient location. Lovely apartment with beautiful design, furniture, lighting, and décor. You can tell the space with expertly designed and planned. Feels like a magazine set. Décor is modern, but feels very comfortable and homey. Includes full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Highly recommend a stay here. Be aware unit is on second floor and walkway/steps were a little slippery from wet leaves. It took us a few tries to get the key code to work, but we finally figured it out. Unit only had 1 roll of TP and paper towels, so maybe stock up before you arrive. There is a Publix and Kroger located within a short drive. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay in Nashville for 3 couples. More than enough room for 6. Perfect location and everything you need in one place. Host was amazing! Had a flight change and the host accommodated us with no issues. Would definitely stay at the same place in the future!
