Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Naregno

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Beautiful little apartment in a very quiet location in nature. Perfect for two people. Well thought out with everything you need. Kitchen was also well equipped to cook for yourself. However, you should be aware that the journey is a little adventurous with narrow roads. There is a free parking space on the roadside at the accommodation, but here too you should be an experienced driver 😅 Bakeries are a 10-minute walk away.

The personal contact with Giacomo was very pleasant and friendly. The house is in a beautiful location outside of Marciana Marina. From there you have a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. We quickly got used to the steep, narrow road and also the access to the parking lot. We liked the house itself and the tasteful furnishings very much. A tip: In addition to the difficult access directly from the parking lot, there is a 2nd access a little further above the street. This makes it easier to transport luggage, for example.

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Extremely pleasant week-long stay in this beautiful apartment, decorated with great taste and intelligently designed. Located in the historic center of Capoliveri, with immediate access to all the activities offered by this charming village. Very well equipped and functional apartment. Despite the exceptionally high heat for the season, we were able to create quite bearable conditions thanks to the fans and by creating drafts, mainly in the living room. Thanks to Birgit, we had a garage near the apartment, which was a real luxury, given the difficulties in finding a parking space at certain times of the day. Last but not least, the apartment has a comfortable and generous terrace, with an exceptional view of the island of Montecristo, where we were able to have our breakfasts and a large part of our evening meals, enjoying the fresh evening air.

We had a good time. Nadia offers excellent service. If you have any questions, you will get a quick response. The house is equipped with everything needed in everyday life and for cooking. The garden is fantastic. Showers in the garden in the sun and in the rain. Fresh figs from the tree and herbs for cooking. A small beautiful paradise highly recommended. We can't fault anything at all and would leave any time.

A great house with a great location to spend a nice time with the family on Elba. The sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and there is also a small supermarket in 5 minutes by bike. Cities such as Portoferraio or Porto Azzuro can all be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house even includes bikes with child seats and a BBQ. The house is very modern and also perfectly divided with the 2 bathrooms. Everything is also very well maintained and everything looks super new. Like I said, everything is perfect.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

It was a wonderful stay in Poggio at Babara's. Babara is super nice, warm and always available. The check-in and check-out were very flexible and totally pleasant for us. The apartment is very nice! Everything you need in the kitchen is there, the bathroom is new and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The terrace on the square is wonderful. The view is great and in the evening it has a great atmosphere. Bus stop just a few minutes away. Therefore, you are very flexible and well connected. The village is very beautiful and the restaurants very tasty. Babara made us feel very comfortable, thank you for that :) You dear Babara, all the best and hopefully see you soon.

We had a great time in Giorgio and Elena's house, a delightful independent apartment carved out of their home. Clean and welcoming, and equipped with a really nice outdoor veranda. The location is very convenient for those who have a car, in 5 minutes you are in Portoferraio. The owners were very attentive to our needs and gave us several suggestions on activities to do on the island. Highly recommended.

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Chris, we would love to come back to your oasis and can hardly imagine Elba without you. Love B+S

We had a nice time at Lorena's and were warmly welcomed with breakfast for the start and homemade jam. Lorena is a great host - helpful, friendly and always there :-) The beach can also be reached super quickly with small children via a small gravel path downhill and the sea is shallow, ideal for children. A little tip: pack mosquito spray for the outdoors in June ;-) Thanks for a great stay

The apartment is really nice and also quite clean. But the driveway needs to be described better. Unfortunately, the access road is really in very poor condition. The image with the sea view was taken by much weoter above so that the angle gives a better view. We didn't look practically from the sea from the balcony. But the view is still beautiful and we enjoyed the proximity to nature.

An extremely tranquil place to unwind, with an unmatched vista of the sea. We used to have a swim every morning and evening at the little beach below which is just lovely. The main bedroom is spacious and bright and with the windows open & the shutters closed there’s a lovely breeze through the night (in June). We cannot thank Gisella and indeed her sister Alberta enough for helping us when we lost our car keys on arrival. Giuseppe drove us into town late in the evening to have something to eat as we had nothing and was prepared to wait for us and bring us back. Their kindness was unmatched and when the keys were eventually located by Alberta’s torch in a scrubby bit of land they were nearly as happy as we were!😄 Thank you again.

We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks. Maria Grazia is very kind and welcomed us by making us feel at home right away and responding immediately when we had some requests. From the garden the view is phenomenal and the location is convenient (in 15 minutes by car you can reach the blue port and the Lido di Capoliveri, in 20 the Gulf of Lacona). In a couple of minutes on foot you can reach the center of Capoliveri, which is always pleasantly lively in the evening. Highly recommended!

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is excellent as it is 10 minutes by car from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Very nice, modern and sparkling clean accommodation in a beautiful and spacious hotel complex in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay and Simona was a great host. It was just a pity that the pool area was not yet open in mid-April. Thank you, dear Simona, we will definitely come back someday!

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)
