Cozy, welcoming accommodation with excellent services. The strength is that it is located in the central area, a few steps from the nightlife, beaches, port and restaurants. However, it is located in a quiet, uncrowded internal street. Inside there was everything you needed for your stay and even more! All the features of the house and the information were clearly written on each object or device so as to make the stay excellent. Responsive and collaborative host for every need. Thank you, we will be back!!

It was a wonderful stay in Poggio at Babara's. Babara is super nice, warm and always available. The check-in and check-out were very flexible and totally pleasant for us. The apartment is very nice! Everything you need in the kitchen is there, the bathroom is new and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The terrace on the square is wonderful. The view is great and in the evening it has a great atmosphere. Bus stop just a few minutes away. Therefore, you are very flexible and well connected. The village is very beautiful and the restaurants very tasty. Babara made us feel very comfortable, thank you for that :) You dear Babara, all the best and hopefully see you soon.

We stayed 9 days in Sabrinas wonderful apartment and felt like home. Everything was like in the description. It is very close to the restaurants, the harbour and the cultural life of Porto Azzurro. Like mentioned in the other comments it may take a 10min walk to find a parking space for free (like in most big cities) or some luck. :-) Sabrina and Tiziana are very kind persons, who made our stay very relaxed. Since this was our first stay on Elba, we would appreciate coming back here again. *clear recommondation*

The apartment is centrally located in Capoliveri. You can walk right into the heart of the village, with many good restaurants and shops. The apartment on the 1st floor is very nicely furnished and has everything you need for a vacation. Despite the central location, it is nice and quiet and especially on the terrace you can really enjoy the holiday. Katarina is very friendly and helpful, communication is fast and informative. I can only recommend the apartment.

We had a great time in Giorgio and Elena's house, a delightful independent apartment carved out of their home. Clean and welcoming, and equipped with a really nice outdoor veranda. The location is very convenient for those who have a car, in 5 minutes you are in Portoferraio. The owners were very attentive to our needs and gave us several suggestions on activities to do on the island. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment located on the mountain top overlooking Porto Azzurro. Many lovely terraces and nooks to sit and lie on. Please follow the indicative drawing for directions as it is the only way up. And be ready on a narrow road with any oncoming. The only small thing, is that you have to dispose of your own 1 km away down town. But once it's learned, it goes too! Ernastine is very knowledgeable about Elba and is happy to give out of your knowledge. We had 7 amazing days on Elba with lots of experiences in both nature, beach and city.

The apartment is really nice and also quite clean. But the driveway needs to be described better. Unfortunately, the access road is really in very poor condition. The image with the sea view was taken by much weoter above so that the angle gives a better view. We didn't look practically from the sea from the balcony. But the view is still beautiful and we enjoyed the proximity to nature.

It was a pleasent stay at Casa le Pitte. Very quiet and peacefull place. Alot of privacy. Very kind owner who speaks English very well, she gave us plenty advices to visit a beautiful places on island. I appreciate for opportunity that we were allowed to come earlier od the first day in the apartment. We had our dog with us without any problem. Location is a good spot for different bike trails. Market, gas station is quite near. I would defenetly recomend to choose this place to stay at Elba.

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is located in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Giacomo's place. We enjoyed the location very much. Slightly secluded yet not too far from Porto Azzuro. The communication with Giacomo was also very pleasant.

Absolute dream apartment for a couple. We were there for a week. The apartment is modernly renovated and there is absolutely everything you need in the apartment. It is just far away from the tourist part, so you hardly notice anything in the apartment itself. From the balcony (also with sun gates) you can have breakfast, have an aperitivo in the evening and look at the sea all day - wonderful! The contact with Elise was very straightforward, helpful and very pleasant. Only: At the end of the small street is a (very nice alternative) bar, which each made music to run almost every evening until about 00:00/00:30 clearly audibly (live). But visitors to the bar were barely heard.

Cozy accommodation, ideal for two people and two small dogs. The apartment is ideally located about 4 minutes from Porto Azuro, which is an ideal place for evening walks, shopping or visiting restaurants. At the same time you can travel practically all over the island. There was great air conditioning right in the apartment and a separate ceiling fan (if the air conditioning was a problem). It is also possible to sit outside on one of the terraces if you don't have your own. Mr. Franca, who was waiting for us on site, was excellent at explaining everything and had helpful advice during our stay as well. Thank you, we would be happy to return.

Teresa and her husband were very friendly hosts. The room is not large, but completely sufficient for two people. Everything you need is there. When the weather is nice, you have two different places to sit on the large terrace with sea views. The bus station is a few meters away, the lively old town within walking distance. Wonderful!

We decided to spend 5 days on Elba with my girlfriend for the June 2nd long weekend in this property. Everything is perfect. New and extremely clean apartment. Cornelia, who welcomed us, was extremely kind, punctual and helpful. He even allowed us to stay beyond check-out time on the last day for as long as we wanted. Those little things that make all the difference. No unexpected events and no mistakes. Great value for money. The property is 800 meters from Porto Azzurro, so it's a really good location. Once again, a special thank you to Cornelia for the welcome.

We enjoyed our holidays in this accommodation very much! Everything was very clean and practically furnished. A highlight was the wonderful terrace with a view and lots of sun! A small disadvantage was the construction noise from time to time, but fortunately it was not constant all day long. What was missing were normal-sized glasses, normal-sized teaspoons, dishwashing detergent, brush or sponge for cleaning the dishes and there was only one kitchen towel. Next time, we would clarify in advance what is available. The contact with Fabrizio's son Ivan was very nice. We were greeted and all our questions were answered in detail. We would definitely come back😊!

Very nice and well-kept apartment. Lorenzo was very kind both in welcoming us and in giving directions and information, including about our dog. We had a great time at his house, near the pebble beach. Nearby all the necessary amenities.

We spent a weekend in the Scarlino area and Stefano's house was a perfect solution for two families with small children. The center of Scarlino literally starts at the curve on which the house overlooks, and therefore can be reached on foot. The house is comfortable and we had a good time, check-in & out managed remotely and therefore simple and flexible, Stefano is very helpful and available when we had questions to ask (we also met him in person). Thank you for everything!

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness. Massimiliano's place is an apartment with spacious, bright and well ventilated environments since it has large windows on three sides of the house. The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and has been perfectly delivered in order and very clean. You can always park in front of the house or about 100 meters away in a shaded parking lot. Venturina's major supermarkets and shops are all within 1.5 km. The beautiful beaches of Rimigliano and Baratti can be reached comfortably by car in a few minutes, being 7 and 9 km respectively.

Very nice stay, availability and hospitality from the owners. Strategic location that allows you to reach several interesting places with short routes. Great wine from their production.

We were there with 2 infants (5.1). There was a pool which was very clean. An excellent kitchen! The staff were always very friendly and helpful. It was very familiar. The location is great. We were very comfortable and would leave again.
