Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Nardò

We stayed in Mary’s home for 3 weeks. It may be our favorite vacation rental ever! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals….there’s even a wood burning fireplace in the kitchen (with wood provided)! Her artistic personality shows throughout; the restoration, her taste in decorating, the artwork on every wall. We had lunches on the beautiful rooftop terrace most days ( stairs are steep, of course…it’s on the roof). Check in was simple and Mary responded to questions quickly. Nardo is a beautiful quiet town, with great restaurants serving Salento cuisine. We were sad to leave, but maybe we’ll be back! Thank you, Mary, for sharing your home. Judith and Stephen

Delightful house, very close to the historic center of Nardò. Valerio host available and accurate. I recommend especially to couples, groups of friends and families. Maybe it's not suitable for the elderly and very small children because of the slightly steep stairs (unavoidable, given the structure of the house). Great experience anyway, we had a good time!

beautiful sea view accommodation in Santa Maria in the bathroom. very clean, well-kept and quiet two minutes from downtown. and the most beautiful beaches! I'll definitely be back

Our stay with Stefania was amazing. The accommodation was luxurious and comfortable. Situated a mile from the old town of Lecce, easily walkable. Stefania was so friendly and helpful, she sorted out a parking fine that we had. Just to note, yellow lines on the road mean no parking unless you are a resident. Visitors use the blue parking spaces. I would recommend Stefania’s accommodation to everyone and would certainly stay again.

Arriving in Nardò, we found ourselves in this setting at the gates of the historic center. Martina was very kind to provide us with all the directions to find parking easily in the area outside the ztl. Spacious apartment, with all the necessary comforts, fresh and suitable not only for couples. The welcome with breakfast products was a much appreciated treat. What can I say, highly recommended!

Nice, spacious house on a busy road. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Car parking at the door on the street, city center within walking distance. Hosts were super responsive and had all kinds of tips for restaurants, etc.

It was a great experience to be at this bnb. The place was neat and tidy. The hosts are very welcoming and generous. Would love to visit again.

We stayed there for a month. The house was very large with windows and balconies on both sides of the house so you see the sunrise and sunset everyday. There's a smaller terrace in the back and a larger one in front. There isn't any grass in those terrace areas, if you have a dog, but there is a park just across the street, which even has a dogpark. Everything in the house was in good condition and modern. Grocery stores are just a few minutes walk away and the seaside is about 10 minutes drive. It's also one of the quietest areas in town, so if you're staying in Nardo and want a little more peace and quiet, this is a good place for you. There's public parking spots directly in front of the house, and nearly every time there were free spots, so it's not an issue finding parking. The only issue for us was the internet works well downstairs but can be a little weak in the rooms upstairs or on the terraces. Something to keep in mind if you're working from there. A beautiful apartment with unique 360 rooftop views in the truly glorious Gallipoli! The roof terraces are the star of the show and we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches on one, sunbathing on loungers and drinking morning coffees and sunset drinks on the top one - spectacular and incredibly peaceful! The master bedroom was very comfortable and the main bathroom was great, too. The kitchen was really well set-up. Close to everything you could want in Gallipoli! Marta and Tiziana were very responsive. If I had to flag one thing, it would be that because it isn't a self-check-in apartment, there is an extra charge for checking in after 8pm. Our arrival time was dictated by flights that changed after we had booked them, so this was out of our control. I appreciate that the apartment is run by a property business and you may need to pay staff to be available out of hours, but it's worth factoring this into your budget if you know you will arrive late. Still an exceptional experience!

A fabulous apartment. The roof terrace e was huge, nestled in the rooftops with views of the sea. We could have spent our entire trip there. There was an additional terrace so plenty of space. Marco went out of his way to offer advice, book a restaurant for our first night and offer sunbeds at a local Lido (GBeach). I could not recommend more highly. Hope to return in the future 😊👍

An absolutely beautiful apartment, part of an old palace, right in the heart of Lecce. So full of character and charm. We couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the town and the surrounding area. Clean and comfortable with air-conditioning which was great for the night time. Francesco even left us some local cakes for our arrival and was there to meet us to help us with our bags up the stairs. The roof terrace is absolutely stunning with views of the church and street below. I couldn't recommend enough. Thank you for having us ❤️

Cristina’s place was perfect for our stay. She was very responsive and gave great instructions. We felt safe in the quaint town at her Airbnb. If we come to the area, we will stay here again.

Perfect location right in the heart of the old city and incredible views of the sea from the terrace. Best sunsets! Amazing restaurants within 1 minute walk. Directly above the beach, 1 minute walk down to the beach. The terrace is spacious and even has an outdoor shower! The apartment itself is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. Very comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. Some street noise at night but never an issue for us. Parking was a bit far (10-15 min walk, but those are the city rule). Very communicative, kind and helpful host. We really loved our stay here and would highly recommend.

This is truly one of our best properties ever! It is monumental, beautiful, clean, spacious and in the middle of the Puglia feeling. Beaches are close, Gallipoli is nice to go, 15-20 min by car. Wonderful to Martinucci. Paola was there to welcome us, really very sweet and she gave us tips up to and including! Really we really felt at home. Wish we had booked for longer. We'd love to come back here. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house, very nice, in a pretty and pleasant immediate neighborhood. There's everything you need in the house... it was very good.

Patrizia’s apartment was somehow even more beautiful than the photos—thoughtfully designed, bright, and incredibly comfortable. We stayed here with our 21-month-old daughter, my mother, and cousin while in Lecce for a family wedding, and it was the perfect home base for all of us. The apartment had everything we needed for a smooth and easy stay. Street parking was mostly easy to find, and the location was ideal—within walking distance of Lecce’s historic center, great restaurants, a playground, and a grocery store. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but Patrizia made it so much easier. She had a great pack-and-play set up with linens, some toys for our daughter to enjoy, and even welcomed her with a little stuffed animal—now a new favorite. The private patio was another highlight—a lovely spot for breakfast and relaxing. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Lecce is a beautiful city, and this huge place in the heart of it was a wonderful spot for our family to stay. High ceilings, charming garden (and kitties!), period kitchen (updated with modern conveniences), beautiful mosaic floors - lots of old world charm!

This is a fantastic place and we’d highly recommend it! Beautiful, spacious, spotless, well-decorated apartment in a great location with roof terraces (plural!) with amazing views. Ludovica was the perfect host- very responsive and helpful and the apartment guide was a very thoughtful and useful addition. Gallipoli is also a great place to stay when exploring Puglia, with lovely local beaches, good restaurants, activities and other towns in easy distance. Thank you Ludovica!

Best experience ever with Airbnb! The house looks even better than it looks in the photos, simply perfect: new and quality appliances, mosquito nets in every window, huge terrace, every type of kitchen utensil imaginable, food scale etc. But Carlo is the highlight of the house! Amazing host, NEVER gave bad advice: restaurants, beaches, grocery stores, bars, experiences etc. He made us discover some incredible gems. He is also always available, with quick responses and audio messages as if they were sent by a friend. I'm usually a very private person on vacation and never seek contact with hosts, but it was really a pleasure with him. I can't wait to see him again!

We had a great experience at Villa Regina and loved the apartment as well as the swimming pool. Great host and quick to accommodate any of our requests. 10 minutes away from downtown Gallipoli and withing walking distance from a groceries shop. Highly recommended.

This apartment is TOP of mind. We were looking for a quiet place from which to easily reach all the most beautiful and touristy places in Salento and at the same time allow us to escape from their chaos and traffic! And we found it here in Galatone in a lovely historic center. The apartment has everything you need to spend a comfortable vacation and at the same time feel at home! Clean, tidy, and well-kept. I had a wonderful month in Lecce, a great deal attributes to the fact that I was staying at Fausto’s apartment. I think we’ve got the best view in the city. I really like this apartment a lot. It has every good quality that’s been mentioned in the previous reviews, and more. I also wanted to thank Fausto for his prompt responses and assistance. I had some knee issues and required assistance to get me to the train station and to the right platform the day I left and Fausto did not hesitate to help. For that he has my gratitude and thanks. I hope to return to Lecce and this beautiful apartment again in the future.
