The accommodation is very well located, opposite the T2. It is pleasant and functional. Communication was good.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Pascals beautiful apartment. The design and furnishings were fantastic and we felt so happy and comfortable there. The attention to detail and cleanliness was amazing and very much appreciated and Pascal was very helpful with places to eat and explore during our visit. Easy to find location, close to the city center so very convenient. The flat is small but clean and modern, felt like it was very much worth the price and good for a short stay.

Ideally located apartment, in the city center and therefore a few minutes' walk from the castle and the streets in which most of the nice restaurants and bars are located, and about 15 minutes' walk from the train station. Very nicely decorated, and perfectly equipped (both in terms of the kitchen - with everything you need in terms of utensils and cutlery but also basic condiments, with even good tea and coffee - but also in the bathroom, with shampoo, soap, hair dryer, but also toothpaste, cottons, lees ball - which are not necessary because the windows insulate well and the apartment is located on the fourth and last floor so away from the "noise" of the street), the apartment is also bright, very clean and particularly pleasant to live in We had a great stay, and would highly recommend it to loved ones wishing to spend a few days in Nantes! Tiphanie was also responsive, very kind and accommodating, it was perfect

Perfect two-day stay. The apartment is located downstairs of the house with a completely independent entrance and a private parking space. The accommodation is new, decorated with great taste and quality amenities. Everything is planned to make you feel good. The host is very attentive and friendly. The setting overlooking the Erde is beautiful. I would highly recommend it Thanks, both of you.

Excellent stay at Guillaume's! The value for money is excellent: very clean accommodation, well-equipped, and the welcome is really impeccable. Guillaume is super responsive, friendly and available, whether for check-in or checkout. The accommodation is on the ground floor and overlooks the street, so there may be a little noise, but honestly it is a detail compared to the quality of the property offered. Everything was fine! I would highly recommend it, and I would not hesitate to come back. Thanks again Guillaume!

The accommodation is very well located for visiting the center of Nantes. The tram is right next door. The neighborhood is very nice. The accommodation is very clean and well-equipped. I really appreciated Nicole's availability and responsiveness.

amazing place to stay, lovely location and really stylish, spacious apartment with everything you need. we loved sitting on the terrace and enjoying the greenery plus there is a lovely woodland path alongside the building for walks/runs. check in was super simple and the host was very responsive to messages

This apartment is ideally located and easily accessible by car, tram and even on foot. Garage parking is a big plus, but otherwise there is a parking lot in front of the building that is convenient. It's really very clean and tidy. It's also very well-equipped and comfortable! Romain's welcome was warm and caring! Thank you so much for having us. 😊 I recommend it.

Gérard's place is very well located. The view from the home and rooftop terrace is great. We enjoyed the jaccuzi. i highly recommend this listing.

The accommodation is as described, tastefully furnished and with quality finishes. Impeccable cleanliness. The main room is very functional. The bedding is of very good quality. The jacuzzi is directly accessible from the accommodation without overlooking, with bathrobes for even more comfort. Ideal for a relaxing weekend near Nantes. Impeccable, clean and very cozy accommodation. Audrey welcomed us with a lot of kindness and attention — from the delicious breakfast to the bottle of rosé, everything was perfect. The jacuzzi is absolutely amazing! It's a shame the weather wasn't great, but we still enjoyed it.
