The location was so nice! Even if you're coming to Japan for the first time, you can adapt in one or two times! It is very close to the subway, and Shin-Osaka Station is also accessible on foot, and it is quiet! There are also many good local restaurants nearby, and they always reply quickly and kindly!!

It was a clean and wonderful property.I'd love to stay again.

Haruka's apartment is situated very near Saiin-Station (5min walk) and its restaurants in a quite street. There is a supermarket 4min walk in the other direction. It is big with 2 bedrooms, a great bathroom, a washing-machine and everything you can need to cook in the tiny kitchen as well as spices, oil, tea, coffee... There are also brochures about Kyoto's attractions and a very interesting book about Japan's history. The best part of our stay at Haruka's House was to meet the owners (they live upstairs), who welcomed us as we arrived with many informations, japanese tea, fruits an sweats. As we left, the had looked for the train-connexions to our next destination and gave us nice advices as well as crackers for the trip. It was so nice, we felt at home from the first minute and we enjoyed so much their company. We even had the chance to borrow their bicycles to tour around Kyoto. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! We definitely hope to come back!!!

By far the best stay during our trip to Japan. The accommodation was fun, well stoked, and well kept. We tried to spend as much time as possible in this stay, spinning the vinyl and relaxing. Only regret was we didn’t have more time. Highly recommend to all.

When staying with several people, the accommodation fee per person was very reasonable Moreover, I was able to enjoy the karaoke room and the stone sauna. In addition, there are two bathrooms and two toilets, and there are a total of three bedrooms on different floors, so it is recommended for mixed groups.

Beautiful home!! Loved spending my time in Kyoto at Ta’s home. Perfect location with train station, shopping area, and convenience store all close by. Definitely recommend!

Cozy apartment off the main road, easy to check-in, close to a convenience store, everything was great!

Spacious house with many beds and a living room with a projector to gather at the end of the day. Close walking to most food and attractions. The host was communicative. I would stay there again.

Very peaceful and authentic old Japanese house in a satoyama environment. We had a few great days enjoying the village and the hospitality of the host. Exactly what we were looking for and definitely well come back!

The detached house has good privacy, quiet, and convenient surrounding facilities. The subway is about 5-6 minutes away, and there is a 24-hour convenience store.Especially the host is very nice and warm!Will introduce Kyoto and recommend attractions, and also help with pick-up and drop-off ~ The house is very comfortable, if I come to Kyoto next time, I will stay here!

The room is very clean and tidy, suitable for many friends to play together; 10 minutes walk from Karasuma Kujo subway station, but the location is safe and quiet; the host is friendly and responsive, it is a very good experience!

I stayed with my friends, family, and a large number of adults. We had a few questions, but you responded right away, and the number of guests exceeded the number of guests, but you responded in advance. After that, the road before entering the inn is narrow and has a solid curve, so I think it will be difficult for those who are not good at driving. However, including that, it was a very nice place to stay and host, so if you're thinking about it, we'd like to ask you to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious house, perfect for our group of 5 adults and 1 baby. My husband and I chose the tatami-style room to sleep with our baby, and it was a cozy and special experience. The house is located near the lakeside and close to the train tracks, a bit of a distance from town, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we had rented a car. We also made good use of the kitchen and even enjoyed a late-night supper together. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay here!

K/H did an amazing job as a host and making me feel welcome during my stay in Kyoto. Their clear directions made the stay seamless. Noise around the bnb was not as bad as expected ( rail line by the apartment), and it didn’t impact my sleep at all! Thanks again!

I can’t say enough great things about Uzu’s place. It was so clean and comfortable. When we checked in she was very thorough about the house and also about the surrounding areas and places to go. She had a great hand drawn map of the area that we actually used a lot! The traditional beds we chose to sleep in were very comfortable. Everything in the house is labeled which makes it very easy to find things. Uzu went out of her way to show us local restaurants and spots to try. She is a very friendly host that cares about making her guests stays very enjoyable! One thing we found was that it was a bit out of the way of central Kyoto. However, if you want to experience a quiet traditional neighborhood this is the spot! It’s about a 10 min walk to the closest train station or bus stop. Really great place for exploring Kyoto and relaxing afterwards! The host is absolutely fantastic, always ready to assist with whatever issues you might have. The space itself is quite modern as well, with a few details that are quite uncommon but make the place that much better for it. Safe to say it is one of my favourites so far.
