Absolutely loved my stay at Meerak's blue door. Peaceful location far from the hubbub of mg market with a stunning view of the valley. The room was done up very aesthetically and had a stocked up kichen counter also. Hosts were very warm and welcoming. And the icing on the cake was the orange tabby just chilling at their place. I'd love to visit again and would recommend others too :)

Had a wonderful experience at Nihal's place. The room was comfortable, clean and the staff was amazing. Didi's homemade food and hospitality was superb. The best part was the personal attention provided by the host. I highly recommend this homestay for anyone visiting Kalimpong.

Where to begin… Staying at Sristi’s farm was such an authentic and unforgettable experience. I had the chance to live alongside Sristi and her lovely family, and it gave me a genuine glimpse into their way of life. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home — Sristi has such a warm, welcoming energy, and we connected really naturally. She quickly felt more like a friend than a host. We shared some amazing moments together, including a trip to a beautiful river. There’s so much to do around the farm — whether you’re in the mood for hiking, exploring the nearby village (don’t miss the best samosa in West Sikkim!), or simply unwinding and soaking in the peaceful nature all around. And I can’t forget to mention the food — absolutely delicious, every single meal! Needless to say, I highly recommend staying here. It’s a special place, and one I’ll carry with me for a long time. Nice place to stay at Kalimpong, not far from market. Nice ambiance and Prasant is very decent and food was also good. Someone will feel like home.
