Cottage holiday rentals in Nairn

We stayed here a few days in May. The Cottage is very remote, but you can reach the next village in arround 10 minutes by car. It offers great views of the surrounding area. the hot tub was amazing. Also the fireplace. we came to do some hikes and in the end decided to stay a whole day in the cottage, because it was so great.

Such a beautiful little get away with so many little hidden gems nearby! Was quiet 24/7 and we loved the peace and the amount of sun the garden and hot tub got. Such a cosy cottage and made us feel at home straight away, worth the drive! Thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

The house was wonderful - we were delighted with both the location and with the property. The house was immaculate, and beautifully furnished with some really lovely pictures and objects throughout. The rooms were all good-sized and bright with the kitchen/dining area overlooking the garden a real standout. It was very well maintained and it felt like a proper home from home. The location was really lovely too - nice and quiet with a very short walk to the beach. We particularly enjoyed our walks around the area and along to Chanonry Point to look for the dolphins. A local pub and a lovely restaurant were close by too which was a bonus! Our host, Eva, provided us with clear and concise information prior to our arrival and messaged us a couple of times during our stay to make sure that all was in order. This was very much appreciated. We would not hesitate to recommend the property to others, and we certainly plan to visit again!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at the house. Beautiful and serene surroundings. Was a great place to relax and unwind… Great day trips nearby. Would recommend you bring in all your provisions at the start of your stay and kitchen is fully equipped. Caroline was easy to contact and fast to respond. We chose to use the hot tub which was ready for us when we arrived and easy to operate. Our only wish was that had we known, it really should be drained & refilled after two days of use since there are no added chemicals (which is a plus) Overall a wonderful experience & would highly recommend

Lovely place , super clean with everything you would ever need for a short/long stay .super responsive when messaged too ! What a great place ! Only issue is parking on and off the drive can be super tight due to the neighbours parking outside the drive other than that what a place !

Beautiful location - clear directions supplied by the host. Local pub serving good food within a 5 minute walk. Cottage itself was clean & within a quiet location. There is a hot tub in a separate building available at an extra cost - was also clean, ready to use with a plentiful supply of towels . Would recommend for a couple looking for a weekend away interested in walking or exploring the surrounding areas

Truly “off grid” in the literal sense! It runs on batteries and a generator!! Despite it not having wifi we all had great 4G so never felt truly disconnected thankfully. It’s such a private place with literally nobody for a square mile or more probably. I would say in the winter you will need a 4x4 to access as it’s a mile down a dirt track! Amazing place and can’t wait to revisit :)

We stayed here on our trip to the Scottish highlands, a wonderful place with incredible hosts! I really cannot recommend this enough, everything worked, there’s a hot tub and a sauna right in front and a magnificent garden that the owners walked us through.

This is a quaint little place just outside of Inverness town center. It was easy to get around for all of our activities and had everything we needed. The canal is a lovely place to walk and watch all the dogs pass.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at Bea’s cottage to attend the Gordon Castle Highland Games. Spotlessly clean and tidy on arrival. Very cosy cottage with a relaxed rustic feel. Great shower!! Large, secure pet friendly garden which our dog loved. Remember to bring apples or carrots to feed the lovely horses which come up to the fence! Elgin and shopping is approx 10mins away as is the fantastic Burghead beach, great for a long walk. Bea was always quick to respond to messages and the cottage was fantastic value for money for four of us. All in all, easy and relaxed stay for us, thank you Bea.

Wow – what an absolutely stunning seaside getaway! This vacation home was everything we hoped for and more. It was incredibly comfortable, super relaxing, and just had the perfect vibe for a peaceful escape. We especially loved the beautiful kitchen – cooking there was a real treat – and the view from the first floor? Breathtaking! Waking up to that every day was pure magic. We had such a wonderful time and felt right at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back – without a doubt, we’ll be returning! Thank you for such a memorable stay! 🌊💛

Pristine! A really great spot, two minute walk to the restaurant and Culloden Battlefield site. A very special place and we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable beds and the house had everything we needed - exceptional.

We had a wonderful time in Inverness at Richard’s place. I wish we had booked it for a longer period of time. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Wonderful restaurants nearby.

John's place is just incredible. We spent 2 nights here and had a lovely stay. The kitchen is well stocked. The washer and dryer work well. The cottage has so many personal touches, definitely an A+ for comfort. The fresh flowers and champagne left for us just added to our delight with the place.

A lovely stay at Blaeberry Cottage. It had everything I needed for a 3 night stay, very well equipped and very clean. A lovely garden for the dog to roam around. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic cottage on the edge of the beautiful town of Strathpeffer. Fabulous surroundings and easy reach to the glorious highlands. The cottage is in excellent condition and very well equipped although we only used the kettle!! Comfortable inside and a beautiful sunny garden makes this a best value Airbnb in the area. Highly recommended

friendly hosts who are easy to converse with and nice to be around exceptional garden with multiple outdoor sitting areas, some of which are quite private due to the screening provided by the trees and plants exceptional attention to detail and economy of design in the living spaces fixtures and equipment appear new and are of high quality the place feels like a country house, but it's five minutes from the golf course

What a fabulous stay at this cosy, quirky cottage. We loved everything about our stay from the lovely front garden with gorgeous views to the “secret” bathroom door. Highly recommended!

This guest house was a perfect home base for us for a couple of days on our journey around Scotland. While we didn’t spend much time in the house, when we did it was cosy and peaceful - with a very comfortable bed. The washing machine was a huge plus!! It was lovely meeting Lucy as well.

The cabin was exactly as illustrated in the pictures. Only about a five minute drive into Fort William. We were there to ride the Jacobite train for the day. The cabin was very clean and orderly and had a great sunroom which we used frequently just to enjoy the courtyard and the Mountain View‘s. The cabin is cozy, warm and very inviting with the timber beams and fieldstone walls. Anne was extremely gracious with providing breakfast items including cereal, jams, coffees and bread for morning toast and some other goodies upon check-in. This was a welcome surprise after traveling all day through the Highlands. I would absolutely recommend this as you’re traveling in this part of Scotland.

Lovely place to stay. Recommend a visit to the Craig Inn next door, great pie and chips. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is great. Beryl was a great host. Recommended.

This cottage is one of a kind. What a beautiful and authentic Scottish home and surroundings. Yvonne was very responsive when we needed her. Incredible stay!
