Hoa has been absolutely delightful to interact with and is a treasure. We love it here. We are already planning our next visit to this magnificent location. The apartment is lovely with a very comfortable living space and a darling balcony that even has a washing machine. We have enjoyed leisurely walks on the miles of pathways around the lagoons that are right downstairs from the apartment. While strolling in the area we’ve spent time exploring the many excellent cafés and have been content with the extensive convenience store and supermarket resources. Even the minimarts have a wide array of fresh produce and meat and dairy products. Found the multiple local pharmacies to be well stocked and able to fulfill most of our prescription medication needs. Everything is walking distance, including the world class Bat Trang Museum, Swan Lake, and numerous other meticulously maintained parks and lakes. Magical Hanoi City Centre is a manageable 35-40 minute drive. This place is hard to beat!

A beautiful home to stay at with zero complains which is owned by a very good host who goes out of his way to help with what you need and is very responsive.

I had a great experience staying here. The apartment was clean and felt like home. Even if I had a bit of trouble in finding the lobby entrance, but everything went smoothly afterwards. Overall, it’s definitely worth visiting this area!

Residency was an absolute breath of fresh air! After the vibrant energy of Hanoi, it was wonderful to retreat to such a peaceful and luxurious apartment. Stunning view of lake, the incredible onsen facilities, the well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was impeccably clean, stylishly furnished, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with all our inquiries. We particularly enjoyed bath tub. It truly felt like a wellness escape, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene and upscale experience near Hanoi!"
