We had such a fantastic stay at Dave and Bonnie's place! We decided to make a trip up to lakefield and wanted to get away and it was perfect. It's right beside the river if you want to ride the trail but its also perfect if you want to just stay in. The hot tub and sauna is such a great combination to enjoy and enough amenities indoors that you can cook a nice meal and enjoy a movie. The bed was perfectly soft and the washroom was great. They were very responsive and we can't wait to go back. If you're taking a trip to Lakefield, definitely stop looking and book this!

A Perfect Getaway at a Beautiful Water View Cottage! Our group of girlfriends recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely Airbnb cottage in Norland, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was great, with great views of the water that made every moment feel special. The cottage itself was very nice, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were attentive. We were disappointed that we couldn't fully enjoy the wonderful deck due to the weather. However, the hot tub was a fantastic highlight of our stay, and we made the most of it! Overall, our stay was great, and look forward to returning. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful scenery, this is the place to be!

My fiancee and I wanted a place where we could experience winter with our 14 month old son. This cottage was perfect. It's on a beautiful, quiet, large piece of property. There was so much snow on the ground but we were still able to enjoy ourselves! There was a massive snow storm coming so unfortunately we had to end our visit early. The inside of the cottage is set up beautifully and has everything you should need. Our son is just learning to walk and had a blast zooming around the main floor. Even though we had to leave early we still enjoyed our stay and would love to check it out again. Luke, Kelce, Grady

Our second stay at Relive for romantic weekend. The yurts were great, we tried this first. This chalet offers more amenities shower, tv with dvd's and is well stocked with all kitchen appliances for different experience on same property. Laundry including dryer were appreciated for wet towels after sauna or hot tub. Hosts are thoughtful and responsive if you need anything. Several yurts on property but all spread out so still very private. The back porch and swinging chairs were wonderful for reading. Beautiful peaceful forest setting. We brought our yoga mats to use on outdoor deck or indoors ( big bay windows and lots of sunlight in main room). Short hikes on property or longer ones at hoggs falls 15 min away. Fireplaces/firepits made it xtra cozy. Thanks Millenia and Johnny!

I enjoyed a peaceful 2 weeks at this beautiful Airbnb! The setting is surreal surrounded by nature and a river! I had everything I needed and I enjoyed a few nights with a cozy fire in the wood stove. The bed and couches were very comfortable. The No Frills in Shelburne was a great grocery store nearby. Wendy was always very responsive and helpful. As clearly noted in the description, there is no cell service but not a big deal as there is wifi. I hope to be back again one day! A true gem!

We traveled to Kiki’s place and it felt very spacious and comfortable for our 6 guests. The fishing was great at the lake and there was many activities to do like canoeing, swimming, bbq and hiking. It was a very peaceful area with a great view that made us feel one with the nature. Would go again.

We had an absolutely magical stay at this lakeside cottage! The attention to detail in the space was remarkable, with every corner thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The views were breathtaking—each window felt like looking at a postcard, with stunning vistas of the lake and surrounding nature. Laura's hospitality truly stood out; she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The location is unbeatable. Being just a short drive to Algonquin Park allowed us to enjoy some fantastic hikes with our dog and we loved returning to the peaceful setting of the cottage afterward. This cottage is a gem, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene getaway or a cozy work-from-home option.

Our stay here was fantastic. The house is big with plenty of rooms for a big group. It was clean and orderly. There is a beautiful dock with a canoe, kayak and life jackets. Our host Fred was very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone looking a cottage getaway.

This is Airbnb concept working at its best. Ken’s place was a home away from home. Not just a mere house to generate extra income. Great care was put in for someone to feel good staying there ( night lights meticulously placed around the house for navigating oneself in the dark - just an example) . We found the house in immaculate cleanliness ( thank you Jackie). Ken was always present via messages to address us, suggest activities, provide general logistics of area. The house is a gem, with lots of windows and light, large kitchen with anything you might need, and very comfortable beds with premium mattresses. Thank you Ken, we’d love to be back soon 🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the temperature inside was just perfect. We really enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but everything else was great. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

The unit was beautiful, compact and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. The unit is located beside a running brook, which mate the experience very Zen like. The location was fabulous, right beside the ski hill, a 3 minute walk to the hills and chalet, and very close to Blue Mountain village where there are restaurants and shops. Great place

We loved our stay at Mark and Betty's chalet. The place was quiet and clean. There was plenty of space for our two families, a beautiful deck space for enjoying a morning coffee, an indoor pool for the kids to use at the nearby resort (at a reasonable cost and only a 5 minute walk from the chalet) and plenty of hiking trails nearby. The hosts were responsive and offered helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. We especially enjoyed Mark and Betty's art collection, the many klompen (for the Dutch in us!) and the giant pileated woodpecker that would visit the birdfeed in the morning.

Accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Short walk to restaurants, shops and activities. Would recommend!

We enjoyed a 2 night stay at The Trails Retreat. The cabin was really clean and set up very nicely with lots of vintage/antique features. Jill and Jeff provided lots of info on local trails including directions/parking as well as books and pamphlets with maps and additional info. Lots of trees and hedges around the cabin provided privacy from the main house. We would definitely consider returning for another trip in the future!

It is a 2 bedroom apartment in a ski resort. It has all you need for your stay. The kitchen was fully stacked with all you may need to cook and the beds were really comfortable. The balcony is small but has a good view. Dom was super responsive and lives local. I needed his help with the fireplace (in May!!!) and he came over in less than an hour to turn it on for us.

My husband and I wanted to have a weekend away from the noise of the world and we were able to find that in Miranda and Vince’s place. It is away from all the noise, yet close to many places in case someone needs to get something. We did not want to leave the property, so opted to cook our meals at Sunny Pines. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the tennis court, and the weather helped us enjoy the place even better. Overall, our stay was amazing, we loved our time there and we will for sure be booking the place again!
