Beautiful home with classy decor. Home was cozy but scantily equipped with needed kitchen amenities. Be sure to read the house rules before booking! House rules are unnecessarily excessive, makes it uncomfortable to get that "home away from home" experience, so read the house rules before booking! Host must have had unpleasant situations with guests in the past. The house is gorgeously decorated and pristine, should be featured in a home magazine for real. Overall, we had a great stay!

Tiff and Matt were amazing hosts. they were very accommodating and responsive. the value the Airbnb provides for the prices is very excellent. they are very professional!

This is a gem hidden in a beautifully treed private area. Our host was very responsive responding to our communications very quickly. The house is exactly as advertised with a few pleasant surprises. Sitting on the deck watching the trees sway was incredibly relaxing. We had a great stay & would recommend it to anyone who wants a private get away.

I had the pleasure of returning to this wonderful Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as I remembered, if not better. The space is beautifully curated, with such an artistic flair that immediately makes you feel at home. Every corner of the home is thoughtfully designed, blending comfort with creativity, making it a perfect retreat. Sara is an absolute gem. She was incredibly responsive to all my questions, ensuring everything was perfect for my stay. Her warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience seamless and inviting. I can’t recommend this place enough, it’s not just a stay; it’s an experience.

We had a great time at Jaslin's place. The outdoor part of the property is huge, and was perfect for our large group activities. Jaslin was very responsive to any questions we had.

Great place! We spent a week there with two kids! Space is ample, amenities are great! Jenny is staying above and is super responsive & kind! She welcomed us in and saluted us out with a smile! She was super responsive and flexible throughout our stay!

The cottage was exactly what I have expected it to be. The host was great. Would recommend it to others.

The accommodations at one time were beautiful. The house is large with many beautiful features (huge kitchen with all the amenities), large master bedroom and private en-suite, large deck with a view of the lake, and updated gas BBQ. The lake is absolutely beautiful as well. In fact, it’s one of the nicest lakes we have visited. However, the house needs a deep clean, some TLC and updating. All the screens to the doors were broken, some drawers in the kitchen were separating from their surfaces, dead bugs lay on the window sills, the floors could use a good scrub, there is a hole in the gangway to the dock, and the ladder to the dock is loose and unsafe to use. We were told there were two canoes. One was in great shape and even had seats with backs. The other should be laid to rest, as it literally was falling apart. We also found out that we could not dock a boat there because of a dispute with a neighbor. Unfortunately, the dryer broke down while we were there. We suspect that it had never been cleaned as the filter would not go in completely from all the lint and debris from years of use. We had paid for a cleaning service, but were informed a few days before arrival that the service was not available due to COVID-19 and that guests were expected to clean. The owner offered to cancel our reservation but at this late date we could not have arranged for new accommodations or for our own cleaning service. We had booked the accommodations for August. Surely, the information about the cleaning service was known months in advance since the pandemic started in February/March. The previous guests had cleaned our bathrooms and made the beds, but dishes were left in the dishwasher and on the drying rack, and tea towels and some bathroom towels were left dirty. We brought our own towels thankfully. On our last day, instead of enjoying our few remaining hours at the cottage, we spent four hours cleaning for the next guests, and quite honestly we could not do the thorough job of hired cleaning staff. The owner did reimburse us for the cleaning service, but we did not get back our time! With some TLC, repairs, and a real cleaning service, this place could have been a gem.

Christine communicated well and provided a list of all requirements. The lake and dock is absolutely perfect. A few steps down to the water but the shallow waterfront makes up for it. Awesome spots for kids to be swimming without worry. Lots of space.

Overall our large group of young families enjoyed our stay. Some of the furniture could be improved - in particular more comfy, lounge seating in common areas (particularly for large groups like ours), but otherwise the stay was comfortable. The ensuite bathrooms in majority of the bedrooms is a game changer for groups with young kids! Communication with the host was excellent, and appreciate accommodating a later check-out on short notice. It was a big help!

Thank you George for letting us stay in your beautiful Airbnb! The karaoke was excellent source of entertainment and the big spacious backyard was great for our pup to run around! house was spacious and accommodating for our guests!

My family and I stayed at Edward's cottage and loved every minute of our stay. The place was perfect, and Edward was a great host—very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this cottage, and we’ll most likely rent it again for our next family getaway.

I went with a big group of friends for my birthday and man was it such a great weekend. Not only is the area beautiful but the house as well. It has that old timey cottage feel AND it can accommodate a lot of people. I never felt crammed and there was always something to do. The boat house was a nice add on as well!

Our Muskoka Winter Stay took us to Villa on the Green in Gravenhurst. The clean, modern interior of the condo is matched only by the expansive window views onto the sparkling, white snow covering the golf course. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable with luxurious pillows and linens. The winter activities offered by Muskoka Bay Resort are a bonus. Our host was incredibly friendly, and communication was quick and efficient. There is nothing more we could ask for our stay.

We loved our stay with Katherine and her husband. They are very warm, welcoming and interesting people. The B&B was of exemplary cleanliness. I want to point out that they paid particular attention to the bedding in the room. The bed was comfortable and the sheets super soft. The place is private and tranquil. It is also very pleasant to chat with them during breakfast, which was delicious! Katherine also makes homemade muffins that taste like heaven! Thanks again for your hospitality! Excellent AirBnb! Halina is so nice and welcoming. Her home and property are beautiful. The room and amenities were very comfortable. We had a late check-in, around 9pm, and Halina was very accommodating. The pool and hot tub were very refreshing after a long day. We’re looking forward to returning to the area in the future and would certainly stay with Halina again!

Modern, well maintained 3 bedroom home exactly as advertised with a responsive host. Perfect for attending a wedding at Madison Greenhouse in Newmarket being only 6 min away! Would stay there again.
