We had a great stay. Clean, spacious, easy to use kitchen, wonderful hot water system, VERY comfortable bed, easy walk to shops and eateries. TV a good size and despite no WIFI we could access our Netflix account. Automated front gate Leigh communicated about prior, so all organised on arrival. Wonderful to have jetty at rear for boat mooring. Leigh was an easy host to communicate with. Would highly recommend. We were a couple, but two couples or a family would fit comfortably in this house. NB Stairs to climb.

Frankie's Place is a home away from home. The beds were extremely comfortable, which we think is THE most important aspect of a BnB. Some snacks, wine and breakfast provisions were provided as well as essentials (salt, pepper, oil, dressings, tomato sauce) that could be used in the well-appointed kitchen. We would gladly stay here again.

Thank you to Simon & Josh for a wonderful 2 night stay at your gorgeous cottage. The booking process was seamless & you were so responsive, it made it easy for us while we were on the road. The cottage itself is beautifully & stylishly presented, making us feel welcome & cosy. You have a flair for design! Thought has gone into every detail to ensure a comfortable & relaxing stay, including providing bread & milk (asking us pre-arrival what our preference was!). We loved the alfresco dining area & cottage garden setting, including the chooks, they were a delight! And so quiet. Even though the studio is behind the main house, it felt very private. The location is perfect, set in a lovely, picturesque neighbourhood of Mildura, walking distance to the riverfront, cafes & Mildura’s ‘eat street’, Langtree Ave. We would retreat here again without hesitation & will definitely recommend it to our friends!

Beautiful stay, very clean and tidy! Tayla is a fantastic host, very friendly and responsive and accomodating when we had to extend our stay. Check in was super easy and the location is great, super close to restaurants and everything you'd need!
