Stunningly beautiful apartment, a short walk away from the busy shopping streets yet lovely and peaceful location. Petra went out of her way to arrange for us to drop our bags as soon as we arrived by train which was really kind. Provided directions from the train station and even messaged to allow us to check out late on our leaving day. Clean, modern, comfortable, had everything we needed and really made our trip special. A beautiful stay in Venice and Alessandro’s place was amazing for my family’s 3 night stay in Venice . We loved the neighborhood and walking and exploring all it had to offer . Train was a 10-15 minute walk very easy . We were able to get to the Rialto Bridge area and St Marks square with an enjoyable walk and loved exploring the canals and alleys . Breathtaking. We loved the access to the vaparetto from the San Marcoula /casino stop . Great markets and cafes and gelato all nearby . Loved the local bread shop bakery 2-3 storefronts from the apartment . The apartment was more beautiful than the photos and so clean and everything you need for a perfect stay . The linens were wonderful. We look forward to our next visit to Venice and would book Alessandro’s place in a heart beat . He communicated well with us answered all our questions and gave us great recommendations when asked . Great location, amazing view and nice apartment.

Bruno's place is so beautiful, it truly feels like you are being welcomed into his family's home. The place is private and spacious, whilst feeling very secure. The photos don't do it justice. Bruno has thought and provided everything you would need whether it's personal cleaning amenities, breakfast (Italian coffee!), or things to help make the stay even more comfortable (citronella for the mozzies!) Bruno as a host was so friendly from the moment we booked, and was very communicative to ensure we were prepared for our stay. The big double windows facing the water are just divine to sit and read a book, or just watch people and boats go by. You can tell the home is well loved and cared for, and you will not be disappointed in booking Bruno's place.

The apartment is very well located, large, well furnished, the bedding very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the terrace fantastic! More beautiful than in the photos because there are plants. There is indeed an exhaust duct from the restaurant kitchens on the ground floor but this is not a problem at all, some smells in the evening, very good so absolutely not penalizing. We took full advantage of this terrace, morning and evening! The neighborhood is very good, lively, small supermarket housed in an old theater next door as well as a bakery, ideal for shopping, not to mention the many other shops and restaurants, but the nights are quiet. The vaporetto stops are 5 or 10 minutes away, otherwise everything is easily accessible on foot. And Elena was very responsive and helpful, a great stay! We highly recommend this apartment!

I had a wonderful stay at Mariangela's apartment in Venice. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a lovely terrace that was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening spritz. The location was ideal - situated in a quiet, residential area, yet still just a short 25 or so minute walk away from Piazza San Marco. Mariangela was incredibly friendly, communicative, and responsive throughout my stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend her apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Venice. Grazie mille, Mariangela!

We stayed very comfortably at Lu’s place as a family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available for us. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, grocery store, restaurants and an easy walkable distance from a ton of sights. Lu’s apartment was spotless, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the canal where gondolas pass by. Hosts are lovely, excellent communicators and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Gino was super nice. We had some hiccups for the check in and we checked in 1 day later, he refunded part of the payment out of goodwill. Super nice man! He even prepared some fruit juice and water for us and also Venice pass for us to enter the historical part without tourist taxes. His place was also just 4 bus stops away from Venice mestres, walkable as well (about 1km?) His place is also super near to Venice historical centre, just about 10-15 mins bus ride away. He is super proactive and gives tips to navigate around the city. Recommends anyone that’s coming to Venice! Thanks Gino

Nico's place is simply perfect. I couldn't recommend it highly enough. 10/10. The location is quiet and peaceful, but very close to some fantastic restaurants and only a five minute walk to Piazza San Marco. It is next to a picturesque canal, with gondalas passing occasionally by the windows. Nico was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and to visit. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome, providing everything we needed. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and plenty spacious enough. Everything just works; the bed was very comfortable. Access and check-out was very straight-forward, and we wanted for nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Nico's place again.

Very cozy and very well located apartment for visiting Venice on foot, while being quiet. We were received by a friend of Stefania's who accompanied us to the accommodation, gave us all the necessary instructions and was very available throughout the stay! We'll be happy to go back!

The location is ideal for exploring Venice, with easy access to transportation options, just 15 min from Venice. The host was truly great, providing attentive and helpful service throughout our stay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

If I could give higher than 5 Stars, I would. This home is a gem and better than expected. The quality of the home is outstanding. All appliances, windows, & finishings are top notch and with very comfortable furniture. William has incorporated old world exposed original woodwork and stone now draped in modern design and comfort. This property is a work of art. Any guest should feel honored to stay here after William spent 7 years remodeling this 13th century building. If you stay here, treat it with the respect it deserves. Not having been to Venice before, I was confused on which location to stay. For anyone researching neighborhood locations, I highly recommend this location to be just a short 5-10 minute walk to most main tourism, but yet find the solitude of a peaceful neighborhood surrounding. Some of our most memorable moments in Venice were sitting in the window sill over the canal sipping limoncello listening to the romantic charm of Venice. Gratzie William.

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

We had a great time in Venice. The apartment is close to the tram which makes it easy to get to the center of Venice. All instructions were clear and the host is very responsive to messages. Our arrival was facilitated by the shuttle offered by the host. The apartment is as described I would recommend it

We recommend the place without hesitation! Starting with the great communication, a really exceptional apartment with all the trimmings, and a very smooth process for the entire booking. Requests were immediately responded to and so Andrea, among other things, got an extra high chair. Top service and everything as described. We were certainly not the last time here and enjoyed the stay very much.

Nice apartment Great city with many attractions

I stayed with my family in this very nice, cozy, clean house with the latest furniture and accessories (65-inch TV, WiFi, etc.). The house was even bigger than you could hope from the photos. Two large bathrooms with a large shower. A large double bedroom with a comfortable mattress and warm, soft and clean linens. A bedroom with two large beds and comfortable spaces, a comfortable hallway. The kitchen and living room are very functional. A large sofa where you can relax with the whole family. In short, well above expectations. The host always responded promptly to needs and was very friendly. It is a solution that I highly recommend for the large spaces, the proximity to the sea, the swimming pool (which considering the month we were not able to use), the parking a short walk away. I hope to be back soon! Thanks again!
