The place is clean the area is quite local and the places around the place are really good better than central Venice restaurantes

Stunningly beautiful apartment, a short walk away from the busy shopping streets yet lovely and peaceful location. Petra went out of her way to arrange for us to drop our bags as soon as we arrived by train which was really kind. Provided directions from the train station and even messaged to allow us to check out late on our leaving day. Clean, modern, comfortable, had everything we needed and really made our trip special. We stayed very comfortably at Lu’s place as a family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available for us. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, grocery store, restaurants and an easy walkable distance from a ton of sights. Lu’s apartment was spotless, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the canal where gondolas pass by. Hosts are lovely, excellent communicators and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Cassandra went the extra mile for us. The couple before us left early. We had intended to leave our bags before check-in (about 3 hours early) and the place was ready when we got there. She provided ample suggestions for both transportation and food. The condo was clean, the bathroom and bedroom had everything we needed. The bed was also extremely comfortable. I wish we had more time to book more nights. If available, we will be back!

It was our first trip to Venice and I honestly didn’t know where to stay. We couldn’t have picked a better place to experience Venice! The property is beautiful, the location was ideal and the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Our arrival to Venice was delayed when we unexpectedly found out about a train strike that cancelled our trip, thankfully we were able to make different arrangements and were graciously greeted by our host. We are grateful and can’t wait to return!

Gino was super nice. We had some hiccups for the check in and we checked in 1 day later, he refunded part of the payment out of goodwill. Super nice man! He even prepared some fruit juice and water for us and also Venice pass for us to enter the historical part without tourist taxes. His place was also just 4 bus stops away from Venice mestres, walkable as well (about 1km?) His place is also super near to Venice historical centre, just about 10-15 mins bus ride away. He is super proactive and gives tips to navigate around the city. Recommends anyone that’s coming to Venice! Thanks Gino

Great location - walking distance to all the major sites around downtown Trento. New building and well furnished. It is important to note that the air conditioning is seasonal and only on during the summer, which the company decides when to turn it on. If AC is a deciding factor it would be best to check ahead if it will be on during your stay. We were there in mid-May with summer temperatures, but the AC was not turned on yet. Also pay close attention to the photos they send of the place, because they own a few places in close proximity and you don’t want to go to the wrong building. ☺️

Apartment in a central area. Very comfortable and spacious with a view of the city. The hosts were nice and available for any questions.

Very used to rentals in this price range, we place Fabiola's apartment in N.1. Decoration, amenities, comfort, quality furniture, small touches on arrival (cold drinks, many basic products), location, parking: everything was perfect! We would not hesitate to return.

Michela's accommodation is very welcoming and completely in line with the description. The location is excellent for enjoying Venice from a great spot outside the chaos of the most touristy circuit. The accommodation was very clean and communication with Michela was excellent.

Stunning! The house and the view were superb. Our children loved the pool and exploring the garden. We stayed in Iris which was well equipped and clean. Recommend hiring a car, some roads are very tight and we walked down to the town which was okay, walking up with two small children was an experience! we loved our stay here and would definitely return! We recommend the place without hesitation! Starting with the great communication, a really exceptional apartment with all the trimmings, and a very smooth process for the entire booking. Requests were immediately responded to and so Andrea, among other things, got an extra high chair. Top service and everything as described. We were certainly not the last time here and enjoyed the stay very much.

Sara's place is definitely worth a trip: spacious apartment, well equipped and exemplary clean. Beautifully located in the quiet vineyards, strategically convenient for many destinations in the surrounding area. Car highly recommended! Thank you for the wonderful time.

Had a lovely stay, the cottage lacked nothing. The beautiful view from the living room and kitchen made sure you woke up cheerfully every day 🤗 Giorgia was super friendly and helpful, she was super quick to respond to the app and made sure we had a fantastic stay. From the cottage you can easily drive to Verona and to Lake Garda! We had a great time 🫶

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time

Very nice quiet accommodation, fully equipped, nothing is missing and in a beautiful area. Stéfania and Andréa are very available, very welcoming and very discreet. The accommodation is perfect for 3 people, spacious, clean and with a beautiful view; certainly in the house there are all the tools to be able to live there even for a long period. The owner Giovanna was very nice and left us a cake and 1 liter of milk for breakfast upon our arrival, while when we left she gave us cookies, a liqueur and an herbal tea, all prepared by her. In summary, I would say great accommodation and great owner! Thanks again Giovanna.
