Excellent house. We really liked it!!! Perfect accommodations... Close to downtown... Super comfortable... Carminha is a sweetheart. I recommend it. We'll definitely stay again next time.

We were here for several days and everything was great. The house is new, large and comfortable, everything was super clean and tidy. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Clean sheets and towels, soap, kitchen utensils, washing machine... we didn't miss anything. It was very good for us that the parking of the house was spacious and without height limit since we traveled with a large van and we could enter without problems. Regarding the location, the house is in the village of Santa Marta where there are several shops and food stores. The town is quiet for a stroll. In the surroundings and a few kilometers away there are a lot of beautiful waterfalls that can be reached by car. And also the Caparaó National Park. It really worth it. Vera was super nice and always made sure everything was okay. He also gave us some recommendations for places to visit. Highly recommended. Thank you!

My wife and I really enjoyed “Our Office.” The house is beautiful and very cozy. It can be seen that the owners (Mrs. Tatiana and Mr. Edmilson) are very concerned about the well-being of the guests. They sent us the exact route to get to the house and left all the recommendations needed for a great stay. Around the house there is a small lake with fish, but we don't fish. Sometimes a very nice and refreshing wind blows in the house, which is well ventilated. It is worth visiting in the winter because the region of Caparaó is more conducive to the cold! We were also very happy to meet the neighbors (Mrs. Terezinha and Mr. Geraldo) who were very nice to us and paid special attention. Some important tips: take a bottle of repellent because there is a lot of rubber mosquito in the region; take as much food as you can to cook because there is no nearby market. Nothing to worry about water because the one in the place is clean because it comes straight from the natural source. I will definitely recommend it to other friends.

We stayed for 5 days. A beautiful and very well-appointed house, equipped with everything the guest needs for their comfort. A place of peace and quiet and to enjoy the unique nature around. In the middle of the coffee plantation of Caparaó, Espírito Santo. Birds of all kinds, parrots, canaries, hummingbirds, lizards and fireflies (several) blinking at night putting on their light show. We woke up to the sounds of birds singing and the nights were wonderful and quiet to rest. Mrs. Sonia and Silvia welcomed us with a lot of love and affection. Extremely kind, attentive and friendly. They met all our needs and expectations. A delicious breakfast with cakes, breads and jams all made with great affection by Mrs. Sonia. Unforgettable place!! We'll be back whenever we can
