Monthly Rentals in Mperdemiaros

Julius was a great host and listened to our needs and very proactive to help. We had issues arriving due to unresponsive house manager but Julius guided and helped us arrive safely. Everything is as described. Just needs fans for future guests as there is no air conditioning and some nights are less windy than others for air flow. It’s high in the mountains so make sure you rent a car that handle steep roads. Beautiful view to offer as well. Now that we know our way around, we would definitely stay there again. :)

The place was noticeably better than the photos! Great location , with a balcony in the Aegean Sea that compensates every other imperfection of the house. The room is very comfortable, as well as the kitchen convenient and pleasant . (Claudia very helpful and sweet )

Bannister was an excellent host and very responsive. The house was traditionally decorated, very beautiful. The location of the house is near the village entrance and the central square. No doubt about recommending it!!

Very nice place to stay with great sea views. Quiet location and still a few good restaurants within walking distance. Very good location to explore the island and the many great sights by car. Agyris always responded quickly to our inquiries and also always contacted us himself. We highly recommend the place.
