Small full size kitchen. 1 large bedroom, with a queen bed. Living room has a day bed that sleeps another 2 adults. Great place to relax after a long day in the city. 15 min walking distance to Pelham Metro North station which takes you to Grand Central in 35 minutes. Or a 15 minute bus ride to the Dyer ave 5 train which takes about 45 min to Grand Central and cost a lot less then Metro North. Please be sure you can handle commute. If u dont wish to walk or take bus you can take cab.

Thank you for allowing me to stay at your house. This location is 30 mins away from time square. This is great for like minded folks who wouldn’t mind driving to the city. Instead of paying expensive hotel rates that only gets you 1-400 sf rooms. This place is a basement apartment. And indeed spacious for the attendees allowed.

My wife and I were pleased with our stay at Miguel's Place. The apartment was exactly as pictured, and the quietness help provide much needed rest. Our bedroom and the bathroom was clean. Miguel was pleasant and attentive to our needs. We would definitely considering staying there in the future.

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.
