Monthly Rentals in Mount Tolmie

This little suite is very cute, clean and well stocked. It was a pleasant surprise to have some fruit, bakery goods, and yogurt left for us. The coffee was delicious too! The bed was so comfortable, with quality linens, pillows and duvet. Heather and Brian welcome guests into their beautifully landscaped yard. After we saw how beautiful it was, we had a bbq in the garden one evening that really added to our trip. We had one special request before booking and Heather didn't hesitate in saying yes. These hosts are very experienced and make you truly feel like welcome guests. UVic is right across the street and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Heather recommended we check out Mount Douglas for panoramic views, and the hike was so worth it.

Louis and family were great hosts. Their cottage was just as described. The garden complete with entertaining chickens was perfect.

We really enjoyed our month’s stay! John and Sarah were excellent hosts with plenty of local knowledge and activity recommendations. The unit was well equipped for both short and longer stays, with amenities for young children (high chair, etc.) upon request. Most appreciated, they were very family friendly hosts who were happy to have young children stay. The location is ideal with parks and grocery stores nearby. Most of Victoria’s urban area is within a 15-minute drive, making it a perfect home base for exploring the southern island. I would certainly recommend this spot when visiting Victoria.
