I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It was a lovely house with lots of space for a group of 10. Lots of amenities to keep us occupied and there was no need to step out of the house.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults and 2 children and this place was just absolutely phenomenal for our needs. The kids couldn’t believe their luck when they saw how much there was to do! The pool was brilliant for the whole family and we played cricket every day too. The jacuzzi was just perfect for the grown-ups to enjoy in the evening too, with a nice glass of local wine (kindly provided by the hosts). The house is so spacious that you really don’t need to leave! Kylie was also super responsive and helpful whenever we contacted her. Would highly recommend staying here with kids. They’ll love it!

Such a beautiful and peaceful location nestled into the dunes. It was the perfect house for a relaxing weekend spent with friends cooking, walking and swimming. We hope to be back again one day.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

From the moment we booked, communication was professional and clear, which made the whole experience seamless. The home itself was immaculate, and the heater had been thoughtfully turned on for our arrival—such a welcoming touch that added to the cosy atmosphere. We brought along our two teens with the goal of enjoying a minimal-tech, family-focused holiday, and this house was absolutely perfect. We cooked meals together, sat by the fire, had movie nights, and even swam in the heated pool under the stars—pure magic. The location was ideal, with stunning coastal walks just outside the front door. We also took a scenic road trip to visit some local wineries and Charlie’s Car Museum, which was a hit with everyone. From boutique shopping in Sorrento to the nearby hot springs, golf driving range and beautiful beach strolls, there was something for everyone. We made some truly special memories here and will definitely be back!

Great location. Close to shops and beach. 5 min walk to boardwalk which follows the Balcombe estuary. Plenty of accommodation. Would stay again

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

We had a lovely weekend away! Daisy’s house was peaceful and relaxing, privately located with a beautiful view. The kids enjoyed the spa and farm animals located in neighbouring paddocks. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and the layout works well for 2 families. Daisy was an attentive host and was quick to respond to any messages. Would happily stay again :)

This place is clean, lots of room, beautiful view and great amenities. Was very comfortable for all the family and I loved sitting in the peace of the fire reading my book of a night. I even got a little work done at the desk. View was 10/10 and kitchen was well appointed

A beautiful home, very clean and well maintained. The view is absolutely stunning and the location is so conveninet that everything is so accessible. The only opportunity for improvement is a more equipped kitchen. The host is very helpful. We could easily stay at this place again
