I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Great 180 degree views from the balconies which is very mesmorising. Lots of lounge areas. we used it for a work retreat for two days mid week. Note that this is a professionally run property so it was quite regimented with house rules and regulations plus council rules which are not particularly tenant friendly. eg we could not get an early check in mid week in the off season which meant we had to book another night. More flexibility would have been good given there were only 4 of us staying.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

Best air bnb I’ve been to. Karen was lovely to communicate with, her home was beautiful and spacious. She is very generous with the amenities. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anything thinking of booking in Mount Martha/ Mornington Peninsula.

It was a lovely house with lots of space for a group of 10. Lots of amenities to keep us occupied and there was no need to step out of the house.

We stayed as a family of 4 adults and 2 children and this place was just absolutely phenomenal for our needs. The kids couldn’t believe their luck when they saw how much there was to do! The pool was brilliant for the whole family and we played cricket every day too. The jacuzzi was just perfect for the grown-ups to enjoy in the evening too, with a nice glass of local wine (kindly provided by the hosts). The house is so spacious that you really don’t need to leave! Kylie was also super responsive and helpful whenever we contacted her. Would highly recommend staying here with kids. They’ll love it!

Sandy’s place was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed and Sandy was extremely accommodating. Sandy was very responsive to any messages and had very clear instructions. We would visit here again in a heart beat

Great location. Close to shops and beach. 5 min walk to boardwalk which follows the Balcombe estuary. Plenty of accommodation. Would stay again

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

We had a lovely weekend away! Daisy’s house was peaceful and relaxing, privately located with a beautiful view. The kids enjoyed the spa and farm animals located in neighbouring paddocks. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and the layout works well for 2 families. Daisy was an attentive host and was quick to respond to any messages. Would happily stay again :)

Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.

This place is clean, lots of room, beautiful view and great amenities. Was very comfortable for all the family and I loved sitting in the peace of the fire reading my book of a night. I even got a little work done at the desk. View was 10/10 and kitchen was well appointed

The pictures here on Airbnb do not do this home justice - it's even more beautiful than the pictures could reflect. The view from the floor-to-vaulted ceiling windows was spectacular and we even stayed during the miserably cold and stormy winter holiday weekend. It was wonderful to watch the storm over the bay and the rain beside a cozy fire inside. I wish we could have taken advantage of the expansive deck and patio furniture. The inside is modern and luxe. Given the luxurious views and design, it is understandably a quite expensive stay. Kurt was also very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be looking forward to booking again and want to thank both Kate and Glen for making our trip so seamless and calm. Thank you both so much!

Josh's kitchen is incredibly well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Cracking view. Beds are very comfortable. Josh always responded quickly. Would love to stay again!

Marc's place was absolutely everything we could have asked for, for a short getaway with our young children. It even had a portacot and white noise machine. The study room can be converted to a third bedroom using the Murphy bed, but it worked out perfectly for us to set up the cot for our toddler, as with the doors closed up, the room was completely block out dark. The open floor plan kitchen/living/dining let us cook out meals and still watch and hang out with our kids without needing to be in seperate rooms. The linen supplied was comfortable. Truly a lovely escape home away from home. Marc was also very responsive, very easy to contact and willing to help if we ever needed anything. We felt very reassured staying at his place.

We had an amazing stay with 4 kids and 4 adults. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and provided hours of entertainment for our kids. The location provided easy access to surrounds.
