This is a great place in a great location!

The location for us was perfect. It was quite at night. It had all the essentials we needed. We were only an hour away from Acadia and an hour away from Camden. They had a cute little strip, that was able a 5 minute walk. Walking to the beach was 20 min walk or an 8 minute drive.

Everything was as expected. The location is excellent, and the place itself is only a couple of years old and well-maintained. Matsa was great to communicate with and helped us make the stay memorable.

Beds and furniture were comfortable, it was clean and basic amenities were all stocked well! Great location for walking into downtown Bar Harbor, but also great location for driving into Acadia National Park without having to go through downtown!

Excellent location. Walkable to downtown. Matsa was extremely responsive and hospitable. Very appreciative of shampoo, laundry tabs, etc. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay! The place looks exactly like the photos — clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was very friendly and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. One thing to keep in mind is the location: there isn’t much within walking distance. So if you’re hoping to be close to restaurants and attractions on foot, staying in the Bar Harbor area might be a better fit. However, if you’re planning to cook at home and drive to Acadia National Park, this place is a perfect and peaceful home base.

Tim’s place was very clean and easy to find. His recommendations around town were very helpful! Anything we needed, he responded right away. Despite being close to the road, the bedrooms were quiet, beds were comfortable, got a good nights sleep! Kitchen had everything we needed, and all instructions for the TV, WiFi, and the heater were all printed out nicely and easy to figure out. Would definitely recommend!!!

We were impressed from the minute we arrived. The location is perfect. Close to everything in town but on a quiet side street. I can’t imagine a better location. Clean, fresh and stocked. We hiked most days and ate out but if we’d wanted to cook, we could have. Beds were comfy, and spacious. We had private parking which is necessary in touristy towns. Host was responsive when needed. A true gem in Bar Harbor.

We were very happy start to finish. The location was just so unique and incredible. Right on a working marina, but very quiet. Plenty to see and do nearby. Walk across the pier and buy live lobsters. Christie was extremely helpful and quick to respond when asked. Condo was very well done with plenty of touches to make it homey. A good value! If we come back to Maine, we’ll call her first.

The condo was so convenient, it had minimal furniture, so it was open, gave a lot of space to my kid to run around and play without the risk of getting hurt. the place had everything you could need plus the added benefit of Netflix and HBO accounts provided by the host. Kitchen had all the utensils and pots and pans needed . They have a lovely patio , we couldn't use it because it was too cold but it'll be awesome to use in summer. Derek was super friendly. He responds within minutes and always has something to help and offer. The place also came with a pack and play which was really nice

This is a great place but warning*** If you are traveling with anyone that’s elderly or has any mobile impairment(walking), do NOT rent this place is loaded with stairs. I loved it but my mother had a hard time with the stairs and the oversize step into the bathroom. Great location. Grew up in Camden during the summer months as a child and still love returning twice a year. Looking forward to my return.

derek's place is great! it has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing, extended stay. nestled in a quieter corner of ellsworth, it is a calm retreat at the end of a busy day, yet it is still only a 3-minute drive to downtown ellsworth, where you can enjoy all of the charming local coffee shops, restaurants and gift shops right off of main street. if you're not interested in the local scene, it's also just a 6-8 minute drive to the more developed, chain store epicenter of the town (hannaford, walgreens, mcdonalds, dunkin, walmart, etc). i had zero issues during my stay, so did not need to reach out to brandon for anything. that said, his communication was at all times proactive, detailed and helpful with respect to all of the "routine" things (such as check-in, house rules, and check-out). book this place! you won't regret it.

Totally enjoyed the stay at this duplex. I look forward to coming again!

A great place to stay about 20-30 minutes from bar harbor and Acadia very centrally located. Very responsive and fantastic host I highly recommend him beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood and peaceful surroundings. O would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our family adventures! The kids enjoyed the games, ping pong, and pool at the office- when we weren’t out exploring. Randy was great, and made sure we were taken care of!

Location can not be beat! walkable to everything in downtown harbor and a quick 10 minute drive into Acadia. If you have neighbors upstairs, you can hear all their footsteps, but isn't too bad.

Great unit on the golf. Course with Ocean views out to the islands. Generally peaceful, save for the morning mowing of the golf course. Great place to base to see all of the mid-coast and the Samoset hotel amenities that are available to you are first class
