My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The house is just a short walk from Dan River, which can be easily viewed from the front porch. Surrounded by grassy fields which border the river, relax and unwind. Bring your own fishing equipment and tubes and let the fun begin. Take a hike or a leisurely walk. The night sky is great for stargazing or sitting on the porch listening to the tranquil sounds of the river. On cool nights snuggle by the fireplace, read a book, watch a little TV or play your favorite board games.

Area activities include hiking, biking, picnicking, canoeing, tubing, fishing & leaf peeping. House is fully renovated and offers all comforts of home.

This pet friendly, rustic cabin has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a loft with 2 twin beds. Enjoy the amenities of a full kitchen, bathroom, excellent wifi. This cabin overlooks the peaceful woods and has a fire pit. The 54 acre property has 0.4 miles of Helton Creek frontage (located a quarter mile away down the driveway), which boasts the best trout fishing in NC! **This cabin is up a steep road. As of 8-1-22 the difficult parts are now PAVED.
