Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mount Airy

This is my second stay with Liz. Same building, different apartment. Loved the first one and this one is even better. Loved the setup. Liz does an amazing job of furnishing the place. The location is perfect. My only minor complaint is I wish there was a better system for getting into the outside door. Other than that, no complaints at all!

We enjoyed our stay at The Mill! The suite was far more spacious than we expected. Be sure to sleep with the windows open because the sound of the river reminds you of the beautiful setting in this charming town. The bed was very comfortable and there’s even a sitting area in the bedroom. We enjoyed morning coffee in front of the picture windows that provided a stunning view. We loved the restoration story and handmade features. Marcia was very easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable.

Excellent host and home! We have used Kristen’s place for the last 4 years while our grandson attended UNCG. This was the first place we considered for his graduation and commencement week. Kristen is a lovely host and her customer service is always great. The home is walking distance to the campus and located within 5 minutes of the coliseum. The house feels cozy, warm and inviting. Many stores and restaurants are in very close proximity. Make certain to sign the guest book in dining room! 😊

Great place for two. Very clean with a sizable bedroom. The host left snacks and there are two decent restaurants in walking distance. If I ever go back to Winston-Salem this will be the first option to check. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed staying here. The interior of the loft apartment was clean, well decorated, stocked with whatever you’ll need, and the included laundry room was a major plus. The location is in close proximity to a major grocery store, and downtown Floyd is walkable where there’s a lot of fun things to do and see. We ran into a few small issues while staying, and the owner was quick to communicate and resolve them. Would definitely stay here again!

This was such a lovely place to land! Couldn’t have been happier with the experience of the place. Mark was incredibly clear and proactive in communication that made everything a breeze. Definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, very nicely remodeled. Easy to get in, I see reviews complaining about it being cold inside but I think it was perfect, about 68 F if I had to guess which is perfect. Private parking however I recommend using SUV or truck because the gravel driveway is very uneven. The Airbnb had everything you need, everything. The location is private but the surrounding streets are busy at night so just be aware. Overall good experience.

Great location! While watching the sun rise over the mountains, we spotted a herd of deer grazing in a field beyond the fence line. Our dogs absolutely loved it here! It’s safe to say, The Dairy Barn is now our new favorite stop. Tasteful decor throughout. Nice kitchen ware. Neat refrigerator with soft lighting, beautiful gas stove with clear directions. If you don’t feel like cooking, we Highly recommend Pizza Perfect on Main (7 minutes down the road). Excellent pepperoni twists & homemade ranch dressing. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and attention to details hardly describes how fabulous this little cabin is. There was absolutely nothing you could want or need that wasn’t already there for your use. Although I didn’t have a dog, it’s a doggy heaven with fenced yard, dog bowls, scooper and bags and a doggy door. The back porch had curtains to shield the afternoon sun and a fire pit. The large kitchen was stocked with chips and dip, and Kelli already had water in the coffee pot when we arrived. And had made up the day bed for sleeping for us. I would give 10 stars if I could. Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. And best and informative communication with the host made for a very pleasant experience. Next time I pass that way I’ll stay longer.

Back Porch was my favorite spot in the morning, birdsong and coffee. practically a bird sanctuary. well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Living areas spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms clean and comfortable.

Nice quick visit to Mt Airy. Walked downtown both nights to enjoy “Mayberry”

Mark and Susan had lots of great recommendations in the house manual for things in the area. They were super friendly and helpful to communicate with and the house was cozy and immaculate! Great place to stay!

We just returned from another wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin. This was our fourth stay at Cathy's cabin, and it never disappoints. The cabin is very clean, comfortable, and well laid out, and the view out over the valley below is stunning. We have never had any problems or complaints, which is why we have made it our favorite spot to stay when up in the Blue Ridge area. We will be going back.

We visited Mount Airy for a family reunion and were pleasantly surprised to discover we’re actually related to the hosts! What a fun coincidence. The home was adorable—clean, well-organized, and had a well-stocked kitchen that made everything easy. It’s in a great location, close to town, with a lovely walking path along the river just steps away. Such a perfect spot to enjoy Mount Airy. We’ll definitely be back!

I would put this Airbnb at the top of my list for locations I’d definitely stay at again. The condo was PRISTINE and has been very well cared for. Even things like baseboards, ceiling fans were free of dust. Those are the places that reveal how well a property is truly maintained and they get an A++ ! I echo the comments of many other reviewers that this was a much better choice than any hotel. Yes, it’s a walk to the 3rd floor, but the stair well is very wide, indoors and carpeted. So it was a very easy, pleasant and stable climb. I felt very safe going to the 3rd floor alone. I don’t have a single critique. If you are thinking of booking, do it! 😉

I stayed at this great location about a year ago and being able to return was great. Hawi remembered me and made sure I had everything I needed. It made me immediately feel at home to return. The space is clutter free, spacious, and clean. It was only me this trip, but there was plenty of space for others without tripping on anyone. The location is close to main roads, but set back far enough that it's quiet and calm - both things I really needed on this trip. Groceries, shopping, restaurants, and other shops are within walking distance or a short drive and medical centers are not far if that is why you were visiting. Parking is right outside the building and there was always space. This unit is on the second floor, so I had to remind myself not to try and carry everything up the stairs at the same time, but making 2 trips to the car was perfect. I hope this rental is available when I return again. Thanks for a great stay.
