Monthly Rentals in Moston

It was a brilliant stay, the host was incredibly helpful when I was asking questions about the stay. She even let us use the drive way early to then venture off into the city so we did not have to worry about our luggage etc. The location was fantastic it was far enough from the city traffic was not to bad and it was nice and quiet in the evening, but then also not to far away so it was hard to get around… just right. The rooms ware very spacious, a perfect get away venue for yourself and a couple mates or your family. I will be staying again when I come back to Manchester for sure!

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Great place and Adam is always responsive. Its as shown in the photos. 5 mins to nearest bus stop and 10 mins to one that connects to multiple places. Uber eats has good restaurants nearby, but you can cook a proper meal with the appliances and utensils provided. The entire house was cleaned every alternate day. Very clean toilet and bathroom. Its a very relaxed neighborhood, not too far the city but still peaceful. Would book again if I had too.

I booked this on behalf of my son and his friends and I’m sad to say they didn’t fully respect and take care of the property. There was no physical damage but they left it untidy and unclean in a couple of areas. I’m hoping to continue to work with the host to resolve the situation in an amicable manner as soon as possible. To date, although understandably annoyed, we are working towards a fair and reasonable settlement for the work required to clean the property. I compliment the host for his patience so far.

I had a fantastic stay, the place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great as it was very peaceful and exactly what I wanted Lydia was responsive and welcoming, making check-in and communication smooth throughout. highly recommended if anyone is looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. I’d definitely book again!
