Monthly Rentals in Moseley

I had a great stay overall. The setup is ideal for privacy (you are completely separate from the main house, with easy access via a side gate). The guest house itself is surprisingly spacious (not always a guarantee) and sits in a beautiful garden. Temperature control was easily achieved with blinds drawn, open windows, and a small fan during the warm weather. Shower pressure and water temperature were excellent (even though I couldn't find the on/off switch at first). Wi-fi was fast and reliable. The best part of the experience was all the amenities included (coffee, tea, fresh milk in the fridge, shower gel and shampoo). Location-wise, Moseley is a peaceful suburb with some nice restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to the city by bus (even easier if you have a car). Amjid was nice to talk to when we met a few days in. I would definitely stay here again!

Lizzie’s place is a gem, beautiful and was perfect for my short stay in Birmingham. Her communication is very quick & she’s flexible, and the place had everything I needed. There’s even a little booklet with instructions and recommendations and that to me is the sign of a great host.

A really lovely, modern and comfortable place to stay in a really nice area. The accomodation was clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. Free parking is always a bonus. Clear instructions on how to access the property were provided on the morning or our stay We came to Birmingham to visit Cadburys World and to do some shopping in the Bullring both of which are an easy 15 ish minute drive. Moseley high street with lots of wonderful places to eat is within walking distance. We would absolutely recommend this apartment. All pros no cons
