Family-friendly holiday rentals in Morgan County

This is our second time staying at one of Laura's properties and each time has been terrific! What you see is what you get... a large fully functioning home with easy check-in, nice amenities, responsive host and easy check out! My family and I had a great time, thank you Laura!

It was a great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sqrly Nest. It was a long weekend so the neighbors were celebrating (couldn't see who they were) shooting shot guns in the air (it sounded like). Other than that, it was very peaceful. The place itself was pristine and had a well-stocked kitchen. Thanks for letting us stay!

We loved our short stay at Mason’s place!! We needed a peaceful getaway to just relax and it’s exactly what we needed. The hot tub was amazing, and we hiked all around the property and campgrounds! Had so much fun connecting with nature and relaxing. Also loved how many amenities, spices, oils, pots and pans, etc in the kitchen!!

Wonderful home, just a short walk from river riders. Where you can do some awesome adventures around Harpers Ferry. Can sleep large groups easily. Plenty of dishes to use for cooking, eating, and the great grill outside.

Excellent stay! Beautiful locale! Would stay again for sure!

Easy peasy, would stay again!

We had a very nice time at the house! It's super convenient to the Harper's Ferry National Park, just up the road. The house was clean, and we appreciated the extra towels, the new grill and the wide variety of kitchen utensils. The hot tub was clean and very nice as well. There is road noise from the nearby highway, and the fire pit space was not as idyllic as we had imagined. But, it was a nice place to return to after exploring, and the location did have a convenience benefit- Walmart and other shops being just a few miles away.

Dan’s home is like stepping into a home of history and adventure. There are many pieces to view of his endless journeys throughout the world. The home is situated on a high bluff overlooking the Potomac. The views are gorgeous and many birds can be seen and heard. The gardens and plantings around the house breathe life to the landscape. The home itself is updated with high end kitchen and baths. Master bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bath. 3 other bedrooms are very nice as well. Our stay was lovely and would recommend this home highly.

This property is very quiet and secluded. We loved sitting out on the back porch in the evening and listening to the stream and wind in the trees. It was very comfortable and we would love to stay again.

Beautiful cabin in a wonderful location. It was perfect for a weekend getaway.

This cabin was perfect for our needs. Our family ranged from 3 to 60 with 9 in our group and everyone felt right at home. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen very well stocked, lots of towels, pillows, blankets, games, movies, everything we had a need for was there. Cabin was clean and orderly. Instructions for everything and labels on everything. The host had contacted us prior to our arrival and made sure we didn’t have any questions and to assure us that they would be available to contact 24 hours a day if we had a need arise. We didn’t have to contact them because everything was in top order from check in to check out. We didn’t get to use the hot tub or grill but I feel sure they were in top order as well. We highly recommend Creekside Cabin and Berkeley Springs host as well and when we return to the area both will be at the top of our list. Thanks for a great couple of days at your cabin.

We absolutely loved this cabin! We needed a super quick last minute place and they literally had us booked and in there in ten minutes. The place is super clean and the area is well maintained. It’s super private and quiet there. Our dog loved hanging out on the front porch and roaming the grass. The pool table was so fun and the washer/dryer looks like new. The hot tub was very clean and so relaxing! The pictures really don’t do it justice.. if you are looking for a getaway with that cabin feel, someplace clean, well maintained, private, and everything works great- definitely check it out! We’d go again for sure!

This cottage is a wonderful place! Comfy furniture and a great location. Not far from the places I needed to go. The only thing I would have liked to have there is a washer and dryer! When your on a longer trip being able to do laundry can be a necessity.

We had such a pleasant stay at the house. We loved the air hockey, old vhs tapes, and CDs that were classic music filling the space with an unmatched ambiance. The vintage decore and modern amenities made for an eclectic experience of new and old, all in a warm home environment.

we had a great time, it was private and quiet exactly what we were looking for. this home was not baby proof by any means so please keep that.

Great stay with our four kids! The house was clean and spacious. We loved sitting on the screened porch for meals. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics and we made all of our meals there. Berkeley Springs State Park was an unexpected find and the kids loved wading in the pools and catching minnows and crayfish. We also stopped several times at Prospect Peak for the view. We did an evening walk down the road one night and loved that too. We loved our stay and hope to go back soon when the weather is warmer and the kids can take more advantage of the river access to tube/wade/swim. Thanks for a great stay!

This place was just what I was looking for. Quiet place to relax, good place to hike and fitness center and courts. Cabin was just as advertised cozy and well kept. Everything you need for a weekend stay.

The pictures do not do it justice! We booked this stay for 7 adults to spend a birthday weekend together. The four main bedrooms on the first floor were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of counter space (and was very well stocked with anything you could need) We appreciated the charm of the historic dining room and living area and felt like this property balanced the historic/rustic charm with the modern essentials like AC, good internet, modern appliances, a well maintained hot tub, etc very well. Hikers, you can get right onto the lower town trail from this airbnb. Don’t bother driving and paying the parking fee if you’re willing to tack on two relatively flat miles on the front and back end of your hike. Highly recommend checking out Harper’s ferry brewing! Beware: not to state the obvious but there are very limited Ubers in town so plan accordingly!

We had a great time and the check in process was seamless. Keith was proactive and very responsive.

I booked this house for me & my out-of-town friends for the weekend as my daughter was getting married in a nearby town. We found this house to be spacious (for all 9 adults)! We had plenty of parking for a total of 5 large SUV's and pick-up trucks. The hosts were wonderful to deal with and VERY responsive to any questions that I had. They offered plenty of information on events that were happening in the town and suggestions for services we were looking for (food & transportation). This house is located in a BEAUTIFUL area and my only regret is that I did not get to spend enough time exploring this area. We all agreed that we will return for a 'vacation' weekend. Thank you for making my 'wedding weekend housing' experience a fantastic one!! Best ~Jolene

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hawk's Nest! The setting was so relaxing - I didn't want to leave. Everything was very clean and the space was really cozy and calming. The location and view from the porch was beautiful. Janel had great communication, was a wonderful host, and check in was easy. There were a lot of really nice touches - like snacks and a bath bomb - that made for an extra special stay. I look forward to returning!

Beautiful home! We truly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a romantic getaway!

A very nice area to see fall colors, out of the way but easy to reach a store for anything needed

The home was big and beautiful. It was much more than I was expecting and the access to the KOA was a plus. My family and I can’t wait for an opportunity to return.
