Simply amazing! We were warmly greeted upon arrival. The cabin was spacious with everything you needed for a great weekend. The location was remote, next to small river and great for hikes. The owners were always a phone call away. Would recommend 10/10!

The mother of Anca waited for us after a short call with Anca about the directions (house is a bit at the edge of the village/town). Everything was kindly and easy-going. The full house is very new and had everything you can dream of. It is kind of luxury (what we don't need and mostly didn't use). We were there for one night on a bicycle tour, but we can recommend it for longer stays.

I had always dreamed of living on a farm and I finally fulfilled my dream by spending a week in Maria’s castle. There, you will meet all the animals that live together in a natural environment and you will eat dishes prepared by Maria from ingredients from the farm. I must say that my experience was extraordinary for a young Frenchman who grew up in a city. I had the chance to know the Romanian countryside. In addition, even if my level of Romanian was almost zero, we managed to have interesting conversations thanks to the patience and curiosity of everyone. In conclusion, be ready to live an original but above all human experience at the castle Nicolici!
