We had a lovely long weekend at Tarken House. The views are beautiful. The house is spacious, well stocked and easily accommodated the 10 of us, all adults. House was lovely and warm and very clean. Beds are very comfortable and good size en-suites. Jonathon was very quick to respond to any queries we had. Would highly recommend Tarken House and definitely be back again.

Amazing homely cottage in a nice private location. This was our last night of rest post-NC500. A shame we only stayed a night, could easily have done a few more and really explored the amenities in the village. Nonetheless a fantastic stay, very comfortable and friendly hosts.

We loved the house and Drymen. The added bonus of the use of the pool, sauna and jacuzzi was brilliant. The house was comfortable and homely. Drymen was a lovely little village with lovely pubs, cafes and walks. Along the road there was a beautiful view out over Loch Lomond. I would really recommend. Jim was super helpful and let us in a little bit early, thank you so much.

Great accommadation. clean,spacious and well equipped. Alison was a great host. lots of info and recommendations if you don't know the area. Great enclosed garden, lots of kids toys in the shed. cows were very friendly!

Have spent hours staring out of the spotless & comfortable property whose vast windows really do frame ‘The View’- the scenery is up there with the best of what Skye has to offer. So peaceful & beautiful, the light (& weather) changes constantly & with birdwatching to entertain. We were able to relax, cook & unwind from our busy year, & so could have stayed longer. A great shower, the house was equipped with everything you need, it did not disappoint. With helpful information on how to find & enter the property we were left to enjoy the place for a very comfortable long weekend. If you are after peace & quiet & not necessarily much exploring, this is the place for you. The EI pub is close by for a cosy pint but has limited opening hours over the winter. Very much hope to revisit again.

and relax....just what I thought as I walked through the door just as it was turning dark. Dondie's house is fabulous. Great instructions to get there, easy to get in. Well equipped sitting room, great WiFi and TV with sky. comfy sofa and occasional chair which I set up to look out the window at the view. kitchen well appointed. 3 drawer freezer and under counter fridge. all clean. Good microwave and toaster. Bathroom spotless, lovely shower. bed very comfortable. Cottage very warm and didn't need log burner at all. very well insulated. We asked Donald for a couple of things and he responded immediately. The notice on the window cill has the WiFi code on one side and refuse instructions on the back. One thing we learned is the shop in Kilchoan will do deliveries and if you contact them in advance they will have it for your arrival. The Puffin cafe in Kilchoan was great as were tea and scones at the church on Wednesday mornings every 2 weeks. met a lot of the locals. A great holiday

I was extremely happy with our stay! Ali’s place is immaculate! It was so clean and well kept. It is conveniently located in Broadford and served as a great home base while we explored all of the sights of Isle of Skye. The photos truly do not do justice to the size of the space or the views outside. From the back patio, a mountain range can be seen in the distance, and from the living room windows you can see boats on the inner sound. The home is silent - no street noise (on a back road just off of the main thoroughfare) and no noise from neighbors which was delightful while we rested up from long hikes. The beds were so comfortable! Lastly, Ali left us a small gift bag with some local tablet and a drink to try!

This incredibly peaceful home had literally everything we could need and more! We were a party of 7 and had more than enough room. Beds and sitting furniture all extremely comfortable. Views are unbeatable. Loved watching the lambs gallop and play around their mother right outside our windows!! The above and beyond touches, like a mini library of travel books and maps as well as fiction was so helpful. And the cherry on top was the fantastic welcome basket that made us feel so welcome. 12/10 recommend staying here!!

I've been to many Airbnbs and many countries.. This house stands at my #1 favorite. So incredibly clean, elegant, and a view you can't understand until you get there. I normally leave early on vacation and don't return until late. But this trip, we ended up staying in and relaxing way more than we planned on because it was so romantic and cozy. We drank coffee on the porch and watched the sun come up, made dinner, and took the most luxurious baths. I will definitely be coming back ♡

The host is very helpful, nice and friendly. Kitchenware is fully equipped, tableware, oven, stove is well equipped. The tone of the house makes me feels warm and as home. The location of the house makes it a quiet place, and it leads an amazing view. The host even placed two chairs facing the sea in front of the house. What an amazing house. I wish I can be here again.

We loved the house and the beautiful location. Adelaide was very receptive. Many of the roads on Isle of Skye are one lane ane take some getting use to but then you also know you are in a much more rural place. We loved the view and watching the sheep and rabbits. Thank you!

Hugh's cottage was absolutely perfect. It is exactly as described. Hugh was very responsive and helpful. And we were lucky enough to stay during lambing season and enjoyed the local baby lambs. Not to mention it's very close and convenient to all the major sites to see. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

This has to be the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. It was stunning. The view was incredible and we never tired looking at it. The space itself was faultless; had everything you could need, extremely comfortable bed, excellent (huge) shower, and every detail considered. It was next to a small farm which was so lovely, spring lamps jumping around in the field next door was adorable! It’s remote, but that’s exactly what we wanted. We would return in a heart beat!

It was by far the most beautiful AirBnB property we have stayed at in the UK. Great location, very close to all the main areas in Portree. Sarah was a great host, quick to respond to all our queries.

Diana was very helpful, providing us with all the necessary information before our arrival, along with some excellent recommendations for restaurants and other local businesses. She went above and beyond to help us resolve some unexpected car trouble, which we really appreciated. The house was amazing—exactly as pictured, clean, warm, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for even a long stay. We would definitely recommend it for a group of friends or a couple of families looking to explore the beautiful Highlands and enjoy a home-away-from-home experience.

Myself and my three (small) kids had the best time at Matthew’s home! It was clean, well stocked, and had beautiful views. We were able to explore Skye without being stuck in the crowds - and can’t wait to return! Matthew was also so flexible with check in and check out which was so helpful when CalMac changed our ferry time. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Gordon’s home. The setting is beyond beautiful- even better than the pictures. One of our favorite things to do for this trip was just sit on the deck and look at the amazing view. The home exceeded all expectations as well. One of the best AB&B’s!
