Evaluation of the stay: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tamara's accommodation is simply great! The location is extremely convenient - close to supermarkets, a gas station, public transport and with easy access to the main highways around Munich. The check-in went smoothly, as Tamara welcomed us personally and very warmly. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and offers all the comforts you need to feel at home. Every detail shows her care – from the impeccable cleanliness to the numerous amenities, everything has contributed to a pleasant and practical stay. I felt really comfortable - it was like a temporary home! I can highly recommend the place and would love to come back anytime.

Elisabeth's lodging is 1 km from the Moosach S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. (We like to walk but before our arrival, Elisabeth pointed out a bus that we could have taken to within 80 metres of her house.) The lodging was very quiet, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We had our own toilet and shower in the house. Our room contained a refrigerator, a tea kettle, a coffee machine, a spacious closet, a balcony and a table at which we could both use our laptops. Elisabeth herself is interesting, kind and generous.

Nicely furnished, new accommodation suitable for longer stays. The accommodation is in a quiet neighborhood, shops and public transport within 10 minutes walk, it is easy to get here. The room with a bathroom, kitchenette and bedroom was cozy, well-equipped and an ideal choice for a month's stay. Bathroom clean, shower drained, hot water quickly. Cozy roof terrace for relaxation. It was possible to buy a discounted breakfast package, a standard selection and a very nice, smiling lady (breakfast staff). The receptionist is pleasant and helpful. It depends on the location of the room, any night noise from the road is sufficiently eliminated by closed windows, the neighborhood of the production factory was not a problem. The only thing missing was a coat rack and space at the entrance for shoes. Overall, I rate the stay very positively and recommend it.

The staff here are just terrific and welcoming! Always helpful and very kind. Even though my German is not good, they never hesitated to make sure they understood any of my questions! Stayed here for two weeks and found beds comfy and even the shower which can be difficult for me in EU since I'm kind of tall. They were super communicative before I arrived and always very responsive. Two mass transport options. Although this is a ways from Marienplatz, getting there by S Bahn or tram was easy and fast (20 mins). If you stay here, walk around the Nymphburg palace grounds, it is breathtaking in its beauty.
