Monthly Rentals in Moorooka

Absolutely Loved the stay!! The place was amazing, loved its location, the house was equipped with everything you would need including wifi and washing machine. It’s very close to a lot of the swimming spots, shops and most activities you could do when visiting Brisbane (majority of the time everything was within a 15min drive). Plenty of local parks, shops and restaurants too. The host is very lovely and responsive all throughout the stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Aigul’s place. The accommodation was impeccably clean, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating—proactive and communicative while also deeply respectful of my privacy. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with excellent linen, a high-quality mattress, and perfect pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. The location is convenient, with a train station nearby, making transport easy. There’s also a large park just across the road, which is great for a relaxing walk. However, privacy may be a consideration, as the neighbours are quite close. The only reason I couldn’t extend my stay was due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred arriving in Brisbane, as the area is prone to flooding. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-kept and welcoming place to stay.

Nice Clean place in a good location.

Beautiful renovated space, we rented Elvira’s Airbnb for a sports comp at Pat Rafter Arena which was very handy. We will 100% be booking this again for the Sports comp next year. Elvira is so lovely and accommodating and the space is exactly like the photos and spotless. Our friends also brought their cat which made the whole weekend much easier not needing to find a pet sitter. Thanks for having us!
