House holiday rentals in Monticello

This beautiful property has a special place in our hearts. We stayed in the A frame during COVID and we always wanted to come back. This time we stayed in the main house and it was phenomenal. Wish the weather was better for us to use the pool, but next time! It well worth the price. Only an hr from the city and it feels like a full vacation. Wonderful way to lose time time for a few days. We will be back!

My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

This property is large and roomy with plenty beds to go around including the basement with the pool and ping pong tables plus a home gym with various equipments. The outdoors were fantastic with a very nice temperature controlled pool, Jacuzzi, swings set for the little ones and enough acreage to have a soccer match. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in a great country setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy to include lots of singing birds. Our family reunion was a great success due in part to the before mentioned surroundings. Douglas was always available to resolve minor issues, very responsive and accommodating, thanks for making our stay at this property a great one.

The home was absolutely beautiful and super relaxing. It was in every way it was described and did not disappoint. The community was beautiful and makes you feel safe. My sister and I had an amazing time. We had so many plans to do outdoor activities and it rained all weekend but this house was perfect for a much needed staying in weekend. Perfect home and perfect weekend!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

I don’t even know where to begin. We have stayed over 75 air bnb’s and this one by far has surpassed our experiences. You do not need to leave the premises at all! We stayed for 2 nights and felt like it was not enough time. Paul and Donna submerged you to total relaxation, party, and fun for every age. My 1 year old had everything she needed and 4 year old loved every activity to the adults having so Much fun! The house is so beautifully decorated inside and out and will be coming back so soon to bring our friends for a parents getaway trip!

Great stay for my family of four and dog at this property on a beautiful part of the lake! Michael was super responsive at all times. House had everything we needed. Overall, a lovely home with a gorgeous view. Loved kayaking on the lake. At times no one else was there! Very peaceful!

We rented this for my brothers bachelor party and it was the PERFECT spot. Super quiet area, tons of stuff to do in the house and in the community, not to mention Masthope mountain is a beautiful spot to be at! The house was awesome and all the amenities were great, the golf sim was down while we were there which was a bummer but everything else about it was amazing!

Friendly and communicative hosts, thoughtfully planned living spaces indoors and outdoors. This is an old farmhouse that has been fully renovated updated with very comfortable amenities, and there is still a sense of the historic charm on this beautiful property. Directly across the road is a forest with the sound of a running brook, and a wraparound deck and backyard that make this a really nice place for a family vacation - and can accommodate a big family :)

Great price airbnb for the exclusive space you get. Easy seamless check in/check out instructions. Features a deck & grill. Massive tv in living room with Netflix. Tons of air conditioning/fan options. Host checked in to make sure my stay was good which i appreciated

A beautiful home on a beautiful piece of land. A river runs through this property and you can hear it flowing all day. The house is beautiful and full of unique pieces. It feels like you’re staying at a friend’s house, not just an airbnb. We will stay here again!

Great place to stay! 3 bed 2 bath, but MUCH bigger than we expected. There are multiple rooms for gathering or just relaxing. Host is helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

We had such a relaxing weekend in the cabin. Highly recommend for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle! Everything was as described and any questions were quickly answered. Overall a wonderful place to stay :)

I want to thank Yanna for a wonderful time at her beautiful lake home. My friends and I stayed for a few days and it was an awesome experience. Simply 100% Beautiful. The beautiful scenery and living accommodations were emasculate. Yanna was very responsive and receptive to our requests and messages. I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

Loved our stay here! Was a little nervous since it's such a new listing but since they had another listing with great reviews we decided to give it a try and so glad we did! The place was beautiful and wonderfully decorated with everything we needed for a nice stay. Really peaceful and quiet with a beautiful view of the lake. We took advantage of the proximity to Bethel Woods and enjoyed a show on the first night. Super easy to go to the venue and would highly recommend staying here if catching a show there! This place is also close to some really cute towns and we enjoyed the recommendations provided by our host. We had such a great long weekend here and our 5 year old loved having adventures in the backyard. We hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay at Avtar’s and Sam’s place. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and had great recommendations for things nearby. The home is extremely well decorated and had all the amenities we were looking for (hot tub, sauna, and plenty of space to lounge and hang out). Perfect for our extended upstate vacation!

We had an amazing weekend in the Catskills thanks to The Nest at Swiss. We brought five kids and 5 adults and we had the greatest time. Plenty of room to spread out while also a ton to do. We watched movies, played cards, made pop corn, built fires, smoked meat, went fishing, kayaking, played endless games of manhunt and monopoly. The Nest was set up for everything. We really enjoyed the short walks into Jeffersonville and hanging out on the decks. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect for Memorial Day weekend it did not matter to us. The Nest is also really close to Bethel Woods and we took him to concert on Saturday night super convenient location. The house was fully stocked and had everything we can think of. Well done Matthew!

We had such a great stay! The house was perfect~spacious, clean, and full of charm. There was so much to do, from swimming to hiking and everything in between. Whether we were relaxing by the pool or out exploring nature, this place had it all. It’s the kind of spot where you can truly unwind and have an adventure. Highly recommend~would love to come back soon!

This was hands-down, my favorite. Air B&B ever! We hope to return and spend more time on our next visit. We were literally immersed in and surrounded by nature and it was so beautiful and peaceful. It also felt like home the minute we stepped in… like going to a friend’s “country weekend” place where the books, puzzles, games, records, artwork, handcrafted pottery, electric blankets, dog beds and more (!) just make you feel at ease and in comfort. This place is so loved and it shares that love with its visitors. Thank you to the owners for sharing such a special place!

Beautiful house. The host responded very quickly with any questions and were very polite. The pool is so nice and warm. Hot tub was amazing. Good air conditioning all throughout the house.

5 of us spent a weekend here and had the best time! Everything was so clean and well-organised and the house is beautiful and cosy. We definitely plan on coming back!
