Beautiful and very peaceful place within the old town of Nardo with everything in walking distance. Lovely courtyard & very friendly and helpful host.

What a find!! This beautiful Apulian villa nestled among the olive groves of Ostuni was beyond all of our expectations!! The home , including an historical Trulo and luxurious pool are immaculate ; surrounded by pristine gardens all natural and organic. The white washed city of Ostuni is minutes away offering an abundance of restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away with soft sandy beaches and the beautiful clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Barbara and her husband were extremely helpful and always available to help in any way! Barbara's recommendations were spot on and she even went out of her way to make reservations for us at restaurants, cooking classes and wine tours! I highly recommend this amazing villa for your next vacation!

Emidio, the owner of the Minetta villa, is very pleasant and human, from the beginning to the end of our stay he was attentive, responsive and gave good advice. The house is nice and comfortable, the pool is great and a beautiful beach a few steps away where we had a good time. The villa it is exactly how it looks in the photos maybe even better. We had a fantastic holiday and we will definitely come back. The place is it stunning and incredibly peaceful. We were traveling with our 3 years old daughter who absolutely loved spending time in the pool and garden surrounded by nature. Close by there are some of the most beautiful beaches I ever seen and very nice restaurants . The host is very helpful and responsive. Halfway through the holiday we were offered a complementary cleaning service that felt like a real cuddle. I definitely recommend choosing one of the properties of elements by istanti as they are looked after very well and nicely decorated and Cosimo and Letizia are always there to help trough the whole holiday.

We had a lovely time staying here. The Trullo itself is great - an amazing building and very well equipped - we had everything that we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful and there’s lots of it - situated in beautiful countryside. Apart from the occasional night of loud music from what seemed to be a nearby wedding venue it was very quiet and peaceful setting which was just what we were hoping for. We enjoyed visiting the local towns, and beaches near to Monopoli were stunning and only 25 min drive but mainly we enjoyed resting at the property and using the pool! Veronique was very helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. We would love to come back sometime!

Casa Greco is very nicely decorated, furnished and well equipped. It’s about a 10 minute walk down the hill to the centre of Ostuni. Mela was a very helpful and communicative host and responded quickly with our queries. Just one thing to note, there are quite a lot of steep steps within the property, so it might not suit everyone, but we enjoyed our stay there. Thank you!

We spent almost 3 weeks in this beautiful house and gardens and loved every single minute of it. The property was very comfortable and clearly loved and cherished by the hosts who have furnished it beautifully. The large outside space was perfect for dining out on warm evenings. We woke to birdsong each morning and felt completely relaxed. It’s the perfect position for visiting busy towns like Ostuni, Lecce, Otranto etc and we were 30 minutes from the lovely beaches of Porto Cesareo. Our stay was perfectly enhanced by the kind and gracious hosts. Antonio and Mira, who are the most wonderful people and couldn’t do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They provided us with lots of local information and were very responsive to our questions. We can’t thank them enough.

"Stylish Urban Escape – Perfect Location, Firm Mattress Heads-Up" The Good: 📍 Prime location – Just a short walk to restaurants and all the city buzz. ✨ Beautiful apartment – Immaculately clean, modern, and stylish, with amazing rooftop access. 🔒 Total privacy – Felt like a secluded retreat despite being downtown. One Note (for light sleepers): 🛏️ The bed's mattress was much firmer than I expected – I usually don’t fuss over mattresses, but this one had me relocating to the couch (which worked, but wasn’t ideal). That said, my travel companion loved it, so it’s clearly a personal preference! If you prefer a softer mattress, this might not be your perfect match. Final Verdict: Despite the bed’s firmness, our stay was excellent—great space, fantastic location, and everything spotless. Would happily recommend, with the above caveat for fellow soft-mattress lovers!

Wonderful apartment on a quiet street with corner windows and great natural light! Alessandro was responsive to questions and helped me figure out a solution for getting my suit & tux wrinkle-free after a flight. Apartment itself is very clean with reliable A/C, and louvered shutters that keep out most, if not all of the light when sleeping.

We stayed in this wonderful trullo immersed in the countryside of Ceglie and spent days relaxing in total privacy! The property is well cared for and clean, from the bathroom to the kitchen nothing is missing and the "night" area is a real favor! The swimming pool is very nice equipped with beautiful plants and super comfortable sun loungers! The covered veranda is spacious and convivial for all times of the day.. especially if you grill at the bbq! We also thank Tatiana for welcoming us to the property for her kindness and availability! She was always ready and flexible both on our arrival and departure! Holiday of 10 and honors!

Everything Perfect and magical

The apartment is really beautiful, and the town of Carovigno is gorgeous. Rosa Maria was really easy to communicate with and very kindly let us check in early. A great stay!

We would definitely go back because the home itself was extremely well kept, and the neighborhood is safe. Fabiola was very helpful in meeting us within minutes after our arrival. She gave recommendations for local restaurants which were amazing.

We had a wonderful, unforgettable vacation in this great apartment. Dania and her father have super organized the handling, check-in, questions and help on site, check-out. They welcomed us warmly and we were greeted with a welcome basket of specialties from the region. The apartment is superbly equipped, clean and spacious. Ideally located apartment for tourism. Very well-equipped and decorated. Feeling of a change of scenery while being at home. We are very pleased with our stay.

Casa Zia Pina is located in the center of Nardò, in a quiet area, from where you can walk and enjoy the center without having to use the car. The location is strategic for reaching all the beaches and towns of Salento. The house is very well maintained, fresh and is equipped with everything you need. Simone is an attentive and courteous host, super helpful in giving advice on restaurants, beaches or more! We recommend staying at Casa Zia Pina, we will definitely be back!

We warmly thank Dario for his exceptional welcome! Very attached to the region, he knows how to tell his story perfectly, always gives good advice, especially for sharing good addresses. Lots of little touches, fruits and vegetables from his garden, wine, typical dishes and even small Italian pastries. The accommodation is as in the photos, quiet, far from the noise, exotic. Everything is as in pictures, the house is very big and clean, everything you need there. It’s a bit dark and humid but it’s normal for Italian houses I suppose Marco was super responsive and helpful The only thing that was different was that downstairs the windows towards the backyard were fenced blocking the view for the trees and backyard. When we were there some renovations were going on the adjacent hotel, so that’s also something to consider :)

House very well located in a very quiet environment. Pietro is very available and has a real sense of hospitality. Ideally located to radiate on the territory and with a small beach nearby (2 min walk) to swim safely and snorkel (which is a real plus, because in Italy the beaches are either private: overloaded, or difficult to find for access to the water due to the geological specificities of the coast). We were a couple and really enjoyed this house.

The apartment is great, the property is fantastic! The light is very, very bright at night in the entire complex and cannot be changed, which is disturbing and creates a bad atmosphere!
