This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Wonderful stay! Ilario met us in the street to make sure we were parked in the right spot. He took us in and explained the construction of the home, which was very interesting. He provided us with a map and recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Great location. Walkable to many of the sites and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Giorgio was a great host, gave us plenty of great recommendations and even provided some food for a light breakfast at the trulli

* Best location in Gallipoli! - right across the street from the main beach, and right in old town. * Responsive host - even though you can't drive or park in old town; Stefania made check in super easy. She was waiting for us when we arrived, and helped us bring in our luggage while one person waited with the car. Then she drove with us to the parking lot where she had saved us a parking spot with her car. So easy! * Beautiful apartment in old neighborhood; I believe it's her family home; gorgeous touches throughout * Gorgeous patio - though note that there is only shade for a few hours in the afternoon; for much of the morning and late afternoon it is sunny and HOT on the main patio (with beach views) * FYI on layout: entry level is 3 BR/BA en suite; up narrow spiral staircase is second level with small kitchen, dining room, and one patio; up outdoor staircase is the patio with beach views. Need to be comfortable with stairs. Highly recommend!

A stunning villa about 10mins from Cisternino and 20 mins from Ostuni. You will definitely need a car in this area. We stayed for 10 days and you do share the pool area with the other villas on the property but it was never a problem as it’s so large. Beds are super comfortable, bathrooms are large, good showers and kitchen is a good size. There is everything you need to cook or just have aperitif outside and outdoor dining is easy as well. Outside there are 2 areas that you can relax, eat, drink and also by the pool. The pool is a must if you’re travelling to this area in the summer. The villa is exceptional, clean, comfortable and very safe. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

Paolo’s Trullo was a great place to stay near Martina Franca. It was clean, renovated inside with modern amenities and had everything we needed. Paolo also kindly let us borrow beach towels. The place is conveniently located around a 5-10 minute drive from Martina Franca. Paolo greeted us when we arrived which was helpful as the driveway is private and not signposted as an accommodation.

Words aren’t adequate to describe this magnificent villa set in groves of oranges and olives. It is so peaceful with plenty of outside decks and spaces. The host has thought of so many ways to ensure his guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. His information about restaurants, things to do, and places to see was so helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to roads that take you to nearby sights and villages. We are adventurers and he was able to provide us with much useful advice and direction. We loved this place!

I stayed here with my husband, our babysitter, and two small children ages four and two. We were very comfortable. Everything that we needed was there. It is very central to many areas and very beautiful. I would stay here again if we came back. I highly recommend.

The home was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The true winner was the outside space. Lots of areas to sit and relax and a gorgeous pool area. The area is quite private but a quick 10 minute drive into town that is loaded with shops, restaurants, bars, you name it. Ostuni was a perfect home base as we were easily able to travel to area towns and sites of interest. Within 1.5 hours there are numerous options but you could also fill your time right in the Ostuni area. We had an amazing week here on a trip to celebrate our daughter's med school graduation and could have stayed longer. Will definitely return to Ostuni and would stay at Luigi's place again without hesitation.

If there were 10 stars, I would have given them all. We organized a bachelorette party at the Trullo Armonia and Maria Giulia helped make everything perfect. The romantic atmosphere of the trullo was certainly the star of the show, but without Maria Giulia's organization and care, it wouldn't have been the same. Many activities can be organized in the structure, we participated in a ceramics course and then we prepared orecchiette with Giovanna, who transmits all the love for Puglia. All above expectations. What a find!! This beautiful Apulian villa nestled among the olive groves of Ostuni was beyond all of our expectations!! The home , including an historical Trulo and luxurious pool are immaculate ; surrounded by pristine gardens all natural and organic. The white washed city of Ostuni is minutes away offering an abundance of restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away with soft sandy beaches and the beautiful clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. Barbara and her husband were extremely helpful and always available to help in any way! Barbara's recommendations were spot on and she even went out of her way to make reservations for us at restaurants, cooking classes and wine tours! I highly recommend this amazing villa for your next vacation!

We stayed in the Trulli of Analisa for four nights. It looks nice, complete and cozy. Analisa has done everything to make you feel comfortable. As a welcome, we were offered two warm muffins. It tasted delicious! Slept wonderfully in the somewhat cool Trulli but the extra blanket made it cozy. Thank you Analisa, we enjoyed it. Greetings Kitty and Odette

This Trullo was a gem. Rosanna met us and told us all information. The Trulli was truly a cosy house. There was everything we needed and the outdoor patio was gorgeous. Very close to lots of towns in Puglia. We stayed here for 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend

Beautiful historic property which was easily accessible to the tourist towns such as Ostuni, Alberobello etc. Pierfrancesco was a generous host and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Trullo Silentio is the perfect oasis on the outskirts of Ostuni. Valentina and Luca have made the most spectacular abode to relax, and slow down. They have put so much clear hard work into creating such a fantastic space and made us feel so at home. A surreal experience for anyone wanting to stay in the area. Would 100% return and recommend for anyone coming to Puglia

We loved our time in Trullo Quattro Carrini. The area is ideal for discovering this part of Pulgia being close enough to coast for a day trip as well as being closer to towns like Ostani and Alberbello. Ceglie Messapica is really nice with some great restaurants , and some very cool back streets, the equal of the other two places without anyone cluttering up your pictures. The trullo itself is a gem, the outdoor kitchen is fantastic and the self cleaning BBQ is modern wonder. (Although I think Toni comes in the night) We got exactly what we asked for. We are big fans of being able to use different places at different parts of the day. Breakfast in the outdoor kitchen, Aperitivos on the roof and BBQs under the pergola. The pool was great as well. We loved it.

The house is just like the one you see in the photo, lovely and clean. We wished to stay here longer and will definitely come back next time. Elvira is very nice and always replied to our messages quickly. After checking out, she found something we forgot in the room. She contacted us and sent it to us. We really appreciate it.
