We loved staying here. The Madison was immaculately clean. The hosts were very quick to respond to any messages. It was easy to find, had good parking. It was in a nice part of town that was well lit and we felt safe; walking distance from a few great spots (Val's Bakery, Canal Street Deli, Warped Wing Brewing, The Barrel House, Dayton Beer Company) and a pathway along the river. The hosts provided great recommendations in the welcome book and even provided some local snacks. The apartment was well-styled and they added a few nice details that made it feel like home. They offered a few different ways to get coffee, one of which was freshly ground coffee/espresso downstairs in the main level lounge. This is one of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in and would love to stay here again.

This was the perfect location for my visit. Set in a central location, no more than 10 minutes away from anywhere I had to go. The neighborhood was quiet as well! Wonderful stay, can’t wait to visit again

We were in town for the WGI Championships held at UD Arena and other locations. Very close to UD and that was fantastic since we were in and out. Both my spouse and I needed to do work and the apartment was very suitable. The apartment building was quite charming despite the yard needing a but of attention - with spring rains the grass was in need of a mower : )

Osayuware place was spotless and clean as described. She was very friendly and helpful with last minute accommodations. I truly enjoyed the private and peaceful atmosphere of the community. The place had everything you would need to feel at home. I would definitely recommend staying at this cozy place.

The Jackie-O was exactly as described, it was reasonably priced, clean and had convenient off street parking. Host was very responsive and provided easy directions. Would definitely recommend to others.

The place was perfect! We stayed for an over night trip for my birthday. The home was beautiful and even had board games! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The photos don’t do justice for this cute place! Even though it’s a one bedroom it’s very spacious in my opinion. Was a perfect place for me and my teen son. The bed is a good side for 2 people but my teen son stayed on the futon and had plenty of room. Very cute neighborhood. Definitely walkable area with sidewalks if you did bring a pet with you. Neighborhood is very quiet. My son was able to go to the gym 5 mins away. Everything was very clean and had everything we needed like TP, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, dishes and more. Will definitely stay again when I’m in the area!

Stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2025. The unit is "cozy" and best suited for a solo traveler, but could also be fine for 2. It's a multi-unit house and this listing is for the 3 room unit, consisting of the living room/bedroom combo, kitchen, and bathroom. I had an issue (figuring out the heating/air) and they were very responsive and sent a worker to look at the device. The neighborhood is ok and walkable in the daytime. They provide you a special code to open the front door, so checking in at any time is easy. Overall it was fine and suitable for my needs. Would stay again.

The place is great for the money, the two beds and two full baths upstairs are nice and the downstairs has enough space to hang out. Parking lot is a little tight but nice to have your own space.

This was my first time ever booking an air bnb. Needless to say I will never go back to a hotel again!! Look just like the pictures, easy to find great location. The host was very friendly and responsive. Lord knows I have a lot of questions since it was my first time. I was very comfortable at this place. Clean and cozy just like it like it. Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

Beautiful views, gorgeous house, and any questions we had were answered in 30 minutes or less. Dogs are allowed and that was a huge factor in renting her Airbnb.

Kathryn was, hands down, the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and a handshake—something you rarely experience, and it made us feel so welcome. The studio itself was beautiful and even more spacious than I expected. I especially loved the two porches: one with a relaxing hot tub and another peaceful one in the back. Meeting Kathryn was truly a highlight. She has a kind and calming presence that instantly makes you feel comfortable and safe. Our space was incredibly private and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back! ♥️
