They were amazing, they were so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. They always responded to questions in a timely manner. The place was super clean and cozy too!

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 2 stayed here for a weekend to attend my father's funeral. We wanted something clean and affordable and this house fulfilled those needs perfectly. House is in a quiet neighborhood and was equipped with everything we needed. Remote control for ROKU tv didn't work but I was able to download roku app to my phone to use as a remote control.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Amy was excellent at her communication. The frequent emails with information was very useful. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. Would definitely consider staying there again if traveling to the Hamilton area again.

Our family of 20 had such a great time. This historic home has been beautifully restored, and we could see and appreciate its original aspects. The staircase, the high ceilings, and the gorgeous decor took us back in time. The updates were much appreciated as well - the swimming pool, the standup video games, the pool table, as well as the updated kitchen. Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming and then walking down to the corner ice cream shop!

Taylor and Ryan were amazing hosts! The house was absolutely amazing and perfect! The interior design is so beautiful and stunning! I highly recommend this house and hosts! Wow! Such a great host. Tyianna responded within minutes when an issue arose. Beautiful home, spotless, warm and welcoming. Had three kiddos with us and there was so much to do. The game room in the lower lever, numerous board games, and of course the pool. We swam every day! We were extremely happy with our stay and will probably check on renting it again next summer, thank you Tyanna! Chris Hintz

We had a great family stay in this airbnb while visiting Kings Island within a 10 minute drive. Many accessible stores and restaurants nearby. Pool, HotTub, and Fire Pit were great for on-site activities. Downsides: outdoor lighting was not all in operation, lighting that did work did not provide much visibility as it got darker and at night. Hot Tub filter notification said it was overdue to be serviced/changed. Hot Water in the master shower would only heat to lukewarm temperature.

This place was a wonderful find. It was plenty large for our needs and located perfectly. There were no issues with anything at this property. It is immaculate - like new. We didn’t use the deck and backyard because we were too busy but it is a nice place. We had some communications with the host and received responses very quickly (no problems just communications). Additionally, it was extremely close to Shaker Run Golf Course which has excellent food. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home with great amenities. The host was responsive and instructions were precise. In a quiet/safe neighborhood with an interesting array of houses. We will definitely stay there again if we need a place to stay while in Beaver Creek.

We had a great stay - it was clean, quiet, and cozy. Celeste was proactive with sending information and instructions and was always responsive if we had questions. Definitely recommend staying here when traveling to Dayton!

The house was exactly as advertised. It was in a good location, quiet neighborhood, close to area attractions. We will definitely look to see if it is available next time we come to Dayton.

Samantha's place was as described. We didn't have enough towels to start out but Samantha quickly fixed that by sending more towels to the house. We had an issue with the door knobs not turning and getting locked in a bedroom and bathroom but it wasn't a big deal we found it funny. I did let her know to get those checked out. We had a great stay and would recommend this house to other guests. Samantha was very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely amazing!! This home is so cozy and beautiful on the inside and outside. It’s very clean!! We immediately fell in love with the space and started planning our trip back from Houston a year in advance. The home is quiet and near a park with tons of outdoor open space. The hosts responded back immediately, inquired about our stay to recommend local amenities and restaurants, and left a cute note on the fridge. If there were more stars than 5 then we would give them. Thank you for making our first trip to Ohio absolutely perfect!

You won’t regret your stay in this sweet, quiet place. I was looking for something simple, and this turned out to be exactly what I needed. My favorite thing to say is that Amanda and Isaiah were nothing short of amazing—from their quick responses to the thoughtful accommodations, everything was just perfect. The personal touches were the cherry on top. I would gladly book with them again, and so should you!

Love this place. It used to be an old meat market back in the day, converted to a modern/rustic loft-type. Really cool. Spapcious. Great if you have a big family or group you're staying with. Not much to do in the immediate area, but it's not far from downtown, UD, The Greene. Hosts made check-in/out super easy. Highly reccomend.

The best compliment a guest can give a host is to come back and I’ll be checking with Victoria before going anywhere else the next time I’m back in town. As Jon Hamm says in the new Fletch movie, “5 stars” all the way around.

We enjoyed our stay in Dayton. The house was clean and the host was very quick to answer any questions we had! The kids enjoyed the game room and was a short drive to everything!

We had a great stay Laurie’s place. Just as described. Quiet dead end street. Close to the expressway but still quiet. Loved the wildflowers around the space picked just for us. We didn’t stay in much as it was my daughter’s wedding weekend but we slept great!
