Holiday rentals with a patio in Montgomery County

Great place, very Zen, I loved this look and it was very home like. I would definitely recommend this stay. The Area was very quiet and safe, the hole is exactly like the pictures.

EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

Aaron's place was exactly what we needed. Great location, quiet and comfortable. It was our first time staying there and we will definitely look to stay there again.

My sister had a nice stay! I spent some time there with her & it was a nice home. My only complaint would be the noise coming from next door but that’s no fault of the host! 😊

The rooms were great and just what we needed on our trip west. It was a good nights sleep and then back in the road for us.

Sam’s place was perfect for me. Quiet and accessible to many of the things that I was in town for. Sam communicated proactively and checked in to ensure all went well after my arrival. I would recommend Sam’s place if you’re in the area and need a great home base that is also a good value.

Maria’s house was perfect for our family event over the long weekend. The place was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we expected and needed. She even provided us a very nice welcome basket! We’d stay here again, no doubt!

You won’t regret your stay in this sweet, quiet place. I was looking for something simple, and this turned out to be exactly what I needed. My favorite thing to say is that Amanda and Isaiah were nothing short of amazing—from their quick responses to the thoughtful accommodations, everything was just perfect. The personal touches were the cherry on top. I would gladly book with them again, and so should you!

Highly Recommended! Beautiful Home! I definitely enjoyed my stay, from the quiet neighborhood, being close to family & all variables. The host, Elsa, was very responsive & accommodating. I felt at home, this place was one of the positives during my stay.

This is a very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to, with a lot of dining options nearby. It's an older home, but very clean and comfortable. We stayed here in order to spend a couple days at the Air Force Museum, and a two full days were needed to get through the entire exhibit space. There are many other Wright Brothers attractions within 15 minutes, so there may be another trip for us in the future. We'll definitely consider a repeat visit, as we are extremely happy with the location and the property. Thanks so much for a great stay!!

Love this place. It used to be an old meat market back in the day, converted to a modern/rustic loft-type. Really cool. Spapcious. Great if you have a big family or group you're staying with. Not much to do in the immediate area, but it's not far from downtown, UD, The Greene. Hosts made check-in/out super easy. Highly reccomend.

The best compliment a guest can give a host is to come back and I’ll be checking with Victoria before going anywhere else the next time I’m back in town. As Jon Hamm says in the new Fletch movie, “5 stars” all the way around.

We enjoyed our stay in Dayton. The house was clean and the host was very quick to answer any questions we had! The kids enjoyed the game room and was a short drive to everything!

Great place, and as described. Perfectly clean, neat, attractive and uncluttered. Well-provisioned with the expected basics plus many thoughtful additions (e.g. blender, electric fireplace, and tower fans). Very peaceful in and out, even though in an apartment complex. Close to a supermarket, and easy access to highway into Dayton. Hosts were very responsive, nice and helpful. Would definitely stay at this townhouse again!

Great location for anything Miami of Ohio. Very clear instructions with easy check in and check out. The hosts were proactive, accommodating and super responsive.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

We could truly feel the love and care in every detail of the house. Everything was perfectly maintained, with clear instructions that made our stay easy and comfortable. We felt completely at home. It was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely love to come back!
