Family-friendly holiday rentals in Montferrat

We stayed with Domi for almost a week during our trip to the Côte d'Azur and would have liked to stay longer. The small holiday home is perfectly located to walk to the village, the harbor and the two city beaches. Other beaches are within 10-15 minutes by car. The outdoor kitchen and pool are a dream. We spent most of our time outside and always felt comfortable. Although you live at home with Domi, her husband and her dog, there is plenty of privacy. The hosts are also very warm and helpful. Overall, one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Absolutely recommended.

Lovely very well equipped house with a great terrace and beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Philippe's cottage. We sadly ran into some travel issues that reduced our stay to just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating with our travel issues and allowed us to store our bags there past checkout - it was so helpful and very kind! Their daughter greeted us with some croissants and lavender when we arrived, which was a very thoughtful gesture after the stress of our flight. The area is so quiet and private, and the pool is lovely with great views. The location of the AirBnB is also great - Vence is a wonderful area that really transports you back in time. We also enjoyed saying hello to Macintosh and Prunelle! :) Overall, a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts - I would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

Sylvie welcomed us very nicely even though we were four hours late. We immediately felt comfortable in the very pretty garden, which was made and cared for with love. The apartment, which is very stylish and spiritually furnished, includes everything you need or could need. We were happy to use the spa, especially in the blazing sun as it is in the house and offers a very nice view. A private parking space in the quiet, private location completes the pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we have come and we were delighted, just like the first time. The welcome is pleasant. The cleaning is impeccable inside and in the jacuzzi as well. The place is magical, the cats that come to say hello, the majestic horses, this place is a delight. Barbara's breakfasts are really welcome and it's a very appreciable plus. Barbara's accommodation is a gem.

In a necessarily imperfect world, I look for the 1% that could lower the rating of this stay in Marseille, but it is impossible to find it. We are therefore approaching perfection. Despite a short stay, we were welcomed as if we were family with special culinary touches and a fridge providing all kinds of drinks. The location is ideal for those who like this area of Marseille. The garden-level accommodation of Evelyne and Dominique's house is superbly equipped, nothing is missing. The bedding is very high quality, which is really important to us. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the mountain, it is in the shade at the end of the afternoon which allows you to fully enjoy it in the evening when it is hot. Moreover, regarding the heat, we arrived during a heatwave and the accommodation was quite acceptable to live in already without the air conditioning. With a little air conditioning (which is silent) it's great.

It was a pleasure to stay at Martine's. A nice quiet place with a beautiful view. Martine and her family are super welcoming and very discreet.

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

What a charming and authentic Provençal stay! Gerard was very welcoming and even provided us with farm fresh eggs, oranges to make fresh pressed juice in the mornings. The vineyards and olive trees were a beautiful site to wake up to each morning. We enjoyed walking into the village for dinner. We strongly recommend this amazing place.

Excellent stay in Jérôme's rental, everything is done to make you feel even better than at home. Brigitte, her mom who welcomed me, is super nice and helpful. I had a pleasant stay with my two dogs, super happy to be able to frolic in this large wooded land and take walks to discover the bories and beautiful villages of the Var. What happiness!

Renaud’s place was the perfect retreat! When we weren’t hiking the nearby trails, we spent hours in Renaud’s garden just soaking up the view. We loved watching the sun go by and seeing the fireflies and bats come out at night. A perfect place to appreciate the Maritime Alps!

Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

Antoine’s home was spectacular in person. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed the space, pool and location. What a fantastic spot! They were also extremely responsive and would highly recommend for anyone considering this amazing property. Great location as well in between St.Tropez and Saint Maxime.

We had a very pleasant stay in Caroline's vacation home in Le Plan de La Tour! The location is beautiful, private and quiet - perfect for switching off and enjoying the surroundings - a little "remote" from Saint Tropez and other well-known spots in the region, which might be a disadvantage for some, but for us it has rather intensified the peace and relaxation. The outdoor area with pool is really great and offers absolute privacy, so we could enjoy the sun to the fullest. Carolin was a friendly hostess who provided us with valuable tips. There is also a property manager and a gardener who can (re)act immediately if necessary. Overall, a great vacation home for those who want to relax and are happy to accept a little more travel time to the well-known hotspots, etc.

Yves is a lovely man and a gracious host. He is genuinely concerned that his guests are having a great time and he really looks to help achieve this. The pool is so nice and Yves really ensures people can enjoy it in peace and privacy. Strongly recommend to those wanting a base on the French Riviera!

We loved Fabienne's villa- it's a lovely place with all of the amenities you need, an excellent location to explore the South of France and Fabienne was always on hand if we needed anything. Would highly recommend.

Anouchka and Oliver are lovely people. Anouchka is particularly warm and radiant. If you are looking for a family place, this is the place to come: children are welcomed with kindness, and everything is designed so that they do not get bored — swimming pool, jacuzzi, huts, swings, trampoline, and plenty of toys available. A small welcome gift also awaits you on arrival, a nice touch that is always appreciated. Anouchka really makes sure that you feel at home. She even took the time to create a very comprehensive guide to the Côte d'Azur — a real labor of love, which few hosts bother to do. Highly recommend this sweet sweet spot!

We stayed at the property for a week and it was a wonderful vacation that we would spend exactly like that again at any time. The pictures don't do it justice at all. The entire property was beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail - all the way to the smallest corner. Everyone felt very comfortable, including the dogs. It is a beautiful and quiet area and perfect if you want to get away from it all for a few days. The view of the mountains is fantastic and I would come back anytime.
