Family-friendly holiday rentals in Montferrat

Wir waren während unserer Reise an der Côte d’Azur für eine knappe Woche bei Domi und wären gerne länger geblieben. Das kleine Ferienhaus liegt perfekt, um zu Fuß in den Ort, den Hafen und an die beiden Stadtstrände zu gehen. Weitere Strände sind innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Außenküche und der Pool sind ein Traum. Wir haben uns quasi durchgehend draußen aufgehalten und haben uns immer wohl gefühlt. Obwohl man bei Domi, ihrem Mann und ihrem Hund zu Hause wohnt, gibt es jede Menge Privatsphäre. Die Gastgeber sind zudem sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eines der besten Airbnb, in dem wir je waren. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Merveilleux moment passé chez lise dans un cadre calme et féerique le bonheur

We hebben met ons gezin met 3 jonge kinderen een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Magali. Het huis is zeer ruim en ook de schaduwrijke veranda is heerlijk op warme dagen. De omgeving is rustig met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Le Colorado de provence en de zaterdag markt van Apt zijn aanraders om te bezoeken en dichtbij. Het zwembad is fantastisch en zeer geschikt voor het spel van jonge kinderen. Magali is vriendelijk en heeft ons goede tips gegeven. Dank Magali!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is beautifully designe, maintained and comfortable. TV in both lounge and bedroom. A small kitchen has all you need for preparing meals. Quadruple glazing cuts out traffic noise from the promenade traffic. The view of the sea is stunning with lots of interest from boats of all descriptions from fishing boats to super-yachts. The promenade is used by cyclists, runners, in-line skaters and is also great for walking. We visited the very interesting and beautiful Renoir house, a museum within walking distance from the apartment. Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes are all within easy reach by rail, which we found to be the best transport. Buses stop outside the flat, especially the 41 which takes you into the centre of town where there are frequent street markets and a covered market selliing fresh fish meat and veg. Numerous restaurants, french, italian, asian are all within easy walking distance. Highly recommended. Peter and Elizabeth Bryant

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Philippe's cottage. We sadly ran into some travel issues that reduced our stay to just one night, but it was a wonderful experience. The hosts were very flexible and accommodating with our travel issues and allowed us to store our bags there past checkout - it was so helpful and very kind! Their daughter greeted us with some croissants and lavender when we arrived, which was a very thoughtful gesture after the stress of our flight. The area is so quiet and private, and the pool is lovely with great views. The location of the AirBnB is also great - Vence is a wonderful area that really transports you back in time. We also enjoyed saying hello to Macintosh and Prunelle! :) Overall, a wonderful stay with wonderful hosts - I would recommend to anyone!

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved swimming in the pool to cool off after sightseeing in the area. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils to cook in the outdoor kitchen. The setting is beautiful with a fantastic garden with interesting plants and flowers and a view of Nice and the sea on a clear day.

Sylvie hat uns sehr nett empfangen obwohl wir vier Stunden Verspätung hatten. Wir fühlten uns sofort wohl in dem mit Liebe gemachten und gepflegten sehr hübschen Garten. Die Wohnung, welche sehr stilvoll und spirituell eingerichtet ist, beinhaltet komplett alles was man braucht oder brauchen könnte. Gerne haben wir das Spa genutzt, besonders bei praller Sonne da es im Haus ist und dazu eine sehr schöne Aussicht bietet. Ein eigener Parkplatz in der ruhigen privaten Lage runden den angenehmen Aufenthalt ab. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans le logement de Barbara. L’endroit parfait pour se reposer, profiter du paysage, au soleil, le tout dans le jacuzzi. Barbara est très accueillante et ses déjeuners au matin font tellement plaisir. Enfin, l’endroit est situé à 15min de Sainte-Maxime et de Port-Grimaud pour une petite balade ou un resto dans un cadre idyllique. Superbes vacances !

Bernadette et Hervé sont des hôtes très agréables, accueillants et discrets. Joli logement, très bien équipé, au calme. Le jardin et la piscine invitent à la détente, très bien entretenus… très agréable. Notre toutou Jasper a apprécié se balader à son aise dans la propriété et a été bien accueilli par Socca et Nusty les chiens des propriétaires. This place is such a gem. It’s spacious and well-appointed with everything you could need for your stay. It would be very comfortable for a long term stay, too. The bed is comfortable, air conditioning perfect, and it’s a peaceful and private location. The apartment itself has so much personality and charm. Edith was incredibly responsive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Can’t recommend enough!

Our stay at Florence’s was beautiful. The studio is absolutely gorgeous, thoughtfully decorated, bright, and comfortable. Florence and her friend who welcomed us were exceptionally kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille à Cassis dans la maison de Gérard. Le logement est magnifique, l’environnement très agréable au milieu des vignes. La description correspond parfaitement à la réalité. L’accès au centre ville de Cassis est facile. Gérard a été un hôte très réactif, flexible et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement ce logement. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in den Bergen und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick. Der angrenzende Garten ist zum Entspannen hervorragend geeignet. Generell ist es eine äußerst ruhige Gegend, welche ungefähr eine Stunde von Nizza entfernt liegt. Obwohl die Anfahrt etwas sportlich ist, gewöhnt man sich nach kurzer Zeit daran. Man sollte nur immer ausreichend im Tank haben. Die Kommunikation mit Renaud ist problemlos erfolgt und er hat sofort seine Hilfe angeboten, falls es Fragen gegeben hätte. Schlussendlich kann man die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Dies trifft besonders auf Leute zu, die Spaß an der Natur und bergigen Landschaften haben.

Appartement fonctionnel très propre dans une residence calme avec une vue incroyable. Isabelle est aux petits soins et disponible pour toute question. Les lits sont très confortables. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

Perfect stay for two families with kids. We loved cooking and enjoying the three dining areas. Two outside, one indoor patio with fireplace close to kitchen, the other balcony views and the indoor dining room for breakfast was perfect. The multiple rooms on different floors, all comfortable and quiet. The property is gorgeous and easy to get to town. For runners, it is only about a 10 minute jog to the local bakery and coffee shop. Quick drive to get anything we needed and convenient location for our day trips around Provence. We would absolutely recommend this place and return again and again.

Das Haus war einfach traumhaft – authentisch, stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Trotz einer komplett verregneten Woche und teils sehr stürmischen Winden haben wir uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die reibungslose Abwicklung und die freundliche, jederzeit hilfsbereite Kommunikation waren ein großes Plus. Besonders hilfreich waren auch die lokalen Tipps von Virginie – sie haben unseren Aufenthalt in Grimaud wirklich bereichert. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit! Mirjam und Marko

Thomas’ place was perfect for our group of 5! The place is absolutely stunning- the photos don’t even do it justice. Thomas and Dorine were both great communicators - Dorine welcomed us for an early check in despite having guests the night before. We so appreciate their flexibility and communication. Lastly- location!!! Walkable to restaurants and town and to several beach options. Can’t recommend this place enough! We’d be so lucky to come back someday.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Carolins Ferienhaus in Le Plan de La Tour! Die Lage ist schön, privat und ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten und die Umgebung zu genießen –, etwas „abgelegen“ von Saint Tropez und anderen bekannten Spots in der Region, was für manche vielleicht ein Nachteil sein könnte, für uns aber die Ruhe und Erholung eher noch verstärkt hat. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist wirklich klasse und bietet absolute Privatsphäre, sodass wir die Sonne in vollen Zügen genießen konnten. Carolin war eine freundliche Gastgeberin, die uns mit wertvollen Tipps versorgt hat. Außerdem gibt es einen Property Manager und einen Gärtner, die bei Bedarf sofort (re-)agieren. Insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus für alle, die relaxen möchten und gerne etwas mehr Fahrzeit zu den bekannten Hotspots usw. in Kauf nehmen.

Je recherchais un lieu unique pour inviter mes meilleurs partenaires pour notre séminaire. La maison permet une vraie indépendance comme à l’hôtel et des moments de partage et de travail. La vue sur la baie est tout simplement magnifique et la maison très agréable. Therese a été très réactive et toujours à l’écoute. La proximité de la mer et des sentiers est un vrai plus. Une très belle expérience !

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Die Lage oberhalb des Meers mit Blick über den Infinity-Pool raubt einem den Atem. Liegeflächen um den Pool sind ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus mit seinen drei Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern bietet alle erforderliche Ausstattung, um einen luxuriösen Urlaub zu verbringen. Ideal ist auch der Fußweg mit Treppenabgang zum Strand. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Everything that was presented in pictures and description was at least as good as expected. The house is very cosy and private and for example the kitchen was better equipped than other similar places we have rented. The view overlooking the bay is just mesmerising and the backyard with the pool and beautiful garden very relaxing. There are many places for everyone to relax and feel comfortable but also for social contact. The town is very lively but also relaxed with many good restaurants and bars reachable within ten minutes by foot. Very enjoyable to walk to the market and bakery to buy breakfast for eating on the front of the house with the magnificent view. The host described the place perfectly, was proactive and gave heads-up ahead of our visit, and the check-in was very smooth. There was a power shortage on our first day, which was a Sunday, but the host was quick to arrange electricians and the power company with six people involved. Professional!
