Townhome holiday rentals in Monterey Bay

This is our second stay at this property. We occupied two units. There is always plenty of space, and it was clean and ready to go. We enjoyed the little details: plush towels, the “nice” TP, etc :) Thanks for hosting us - we’d come back if you’ll have us.

Sunny is an easy going host. He always do his best to accommodate our needs. Responsive to all the inquiries. Provides clear check in instructions. A unit where you can get a peaceful rest.

We really enjoy staying with Tracy. She’s very kind and hospitality, makes our stay enjoyable. The room and place is clean with a good taste of design art decoration. Considering the price and location, I would highly recommend this place.

Sherry was a gracious and courteous host. The room had its own bathroom which I appreciated. The room was clean and I was presented with a tray of food and treats when I arrived. All very nice for an affordable price.

Great place to spend your summer. We stayed here for over a month and enjoyed proximity to beach and boardwalk. Would love to be back here sometime

We enjoyed our stay at Its a Shore Thing!! The home has been updated so nicely! We all felt right at home as we enjoyed fun evenings and a great launching pad for our day excursions!! Being a quick walk from the beach was fabulous!!

Justin's place is great. It's hard to find value and space in this part of the Bay Area. He has everything you need for a long or short term stay. The place was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I will be staying here again with my coworkers in the near future!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Bob's place. The well-supplied kitchen allowed us to cook our Thanksgiving meal without problems. We enjoyed the deck for the ocean view, comfy chairs, and stargazing at night. The beds are very comfy and well-supplied with blankets and comforters for the cool nights. The laundry room had no detergent, so be sure to take some with you. Otherwise, we had all the supplies we needed for our stay. Would love to return.

The hosts are very responsive and nice. The facilities are good. I feel like I’m just right at home. I will definitely stay here again next time.

The unit is very nice and has been recently renovated. Beautiful place with high end appliances. We really enjoyed the stay and would do so again.

My son stayed at Soheila's place for 14 weeks during his internship. She was a great host and made it very comfortable for my son to feel at home away from home. Her occasional homemade dinners and desserts were delicious additions to all the recommendations she made for restaurants around the area. She was extremely accommodating and made sure the place was cleaned biweekly.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Jaya's Airbnb! The room was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings truly made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the fantastic view from the room. I enjoyed waking up to breathtaking vistas every morning, making my stay even more memorable. The clean kitchen was a big plus. It had everything I needed to prepare meals when I wanted to dine in. Jaya had thoughtfully stocked it with all the essentials, making it convenient and enjoyable to use. Jaya was an exceptional host, always available to answer any questions and provide local recommendations. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this Airbnb enough. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in a great location with a warm and welcoming host, look no further than Jaya's room. I'll definitely be returning for another visit!

Felt right at home with Zen and her husband, they are very helpful providing advice on how get by. Their place is clean and cosy. It is very well located less than 10 minutes to downtown by car or about 30 minutes walk. Would love to stay again with them when I returned to San Jose.

clean house and Lu is very friendly and accommodating. Parking can be slightly difficult (one night I came back late and I had to park 100 yards away) Great grocery store across the street (kind of a small wholefoods) and a few restaurants, very convenient Overall I had a great stay and I'd come back

The house is in a nice location, super quiet, and easy access.The room is fully equipped, and each room has a private bathroom, which is convenient.Refrigerator, TV, washer and dryer are all available. The host followed and was kind, I couldn't sleep on a soft bed, and the host was given a hard board. Next time we have a chance, we'll stay again!Appreciate the host Tom!

This is the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed! I felt like I was in a luxury hotel with all the amenities. Susan was the best hostess, she made us feel right at home with a little welcome note and snacks after our long travel day. She always wrote back to us if we had any questions and was so kind. The set up of this apartment showed the utmost care for guests. Not only was it extremely clean, but it had all of these little fun items, like a towel warmer and lovely outside space. In the morning I was able to go for a run at a stunning nearby regional park that had a lake. That park also had a beautiful playground and splash pad, they loved it so much! We were there for a wedding at The Ranch at Silver Creek and it was only a 7 minute drive up the hill. The rest of my family was jealous we were able to stay so close to the venue! I cannot recommend this apartment enough, and if we are ever back in San Jose we will stay here.

The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of clean towels were in a cupboard. The washer, dryer, stove, fridge, microwave were all of good quality. A lovely home away from home.

Great stay just minutes from the beach! We enjoyed the outdoor spaces, both a large patio adjacent to the kitchen and great sunsets from the roof deck. Slept 5 fairly comfortably - one couple in the king bed, two singles in the two twins, and a (willing) friend on the pull-out couch.

This was a great property right on the beach. We saw the pictures and we loved the location when we booked it. The check-in instructions are very easy. I wish the keys would be somewhere on the property rather than pick up from office. But it was not too much of an inconvenience given that it was barely 10 minutes drive. The house was more than what was advertised on the listing. They were well equipped with appliances and condiments in the kitchen. It was very clean on the beach. They had toys and chairs to go on the beach. We just spent our time relaxing at the place and connecting with our friends. They were flexible with our checkout time as well. The hosts were super responsive on the app whenever we had a question overall, I highly recommend this place. It is definitely Something that we would love to return to.

The view from the place was worth it and Kyle even replied to our questions within 5 minutes at 11pm. He was very responsive and helpful! would definitely recommend

Had a great time at Carlos and Cesar’s place! Just a short walk to downtown and super clean and comfortable, looked just like the pictures. We did have some issues with the A/C during the heatwave, but the hosts were super responsive and accommodating in getting us comfortable with some fans until the issue could be addressed. Would highly recommend!
