Our charming SOFA District Victorian (on 2nd St.) is 5 - 10 minutes walking distance to San Jose McEnery convention center, center for performing arts, SJSU, restaurants, Tech Museum, rock climbing, Ritz & bars. SAP (Sharks & concerts) is a 15 minute walk. (We are in the real downtown perimeter.) This reservation is for our fully-loaded, newly remodeled detached unit bedroom studio in the back of the home. To add guests beyond 2, cots and twin mattresses need to be added, so please schedule.

Our detached guesthouse is centrally located in DTSJ near Japantown, features a king-sized, ultra-comfortable bed and cold mini split A/C system in the bedroom that guarantees a restful night's sleep. A fully equipped kitchen for chefs and for those who need to work during their stay, an automatic ergonomic sit-stand desk. The outdoor oasis includes a huge 65 inch Smart TV, ambient lighting, outdoor ceiling fan, propane fire pit, and dining and lounging area. Street parking is free and ample.

This guest suite is part of a Victorian home built in 1892 within San Jose's historic Lakehouse district. We created this space specifically to host family and guests and hope you enjoy your stay.

This is a home away from home experience with walk in closet, fully stocked kitchen amenities, bathroom with 2 sinks, and queen size bed with extra drawers located on the side of the bed. TV includes Amazon Prime, Netflix and +100 channels for sports, movies, international channels. There is a ring camera at the door entrance to monitor outdoor parking. Driveway gate remote is provided in the unit which adds more security for you to open/close the gate. Early check in available.
