Monthly Rentals in Montereggio

A beautiful, tranquil space with incredible views. The private balcony overlooks a lush forest where you can watch the sunset. Maria and her husband were very welcoming and had many great suggestions of things to do in the area, including Cinque Terre. The kitchen was well stocked and they provided milk, jam and some cakes and crackers. The bed was very comfortable and the house has shutters to block out the light, so we slept very well. Up the road about a 10 minute drive there is some great hiking and a fancy restaurant. The town has a little store which is open in the mornings, a small caffe and a butcher. The people of the town are kind and friendly.

We spent a few days in Marta Amos's place and everything went very well, he explained to us where the place was, a little "hidden" so to speak but his explanations were very clear to find the place. Once there it was in a very quiet area, with a beautiful view❣️. It had all the equipment you could need. The only thing I could note is be careful if you are a large person, my spouse who is 1.97 m had to slightly duck to get through the front door and the shower was a little tight. But it's a good place if you want to come visit the Cinque Terre or the nearby towns. I highly recommend Marta Amos' place 👍👌

We had a fantastic ,relaxing and comfortable stay at this beautiful place. The family were really hospitable and helpful. The garden for an evening meal outside with amazing views of the mountains was an unexpected bonus also.a hammock to relax in. We were able to eat fruit from the garden and hazelnuts and also had wine from the vineyard . All a great experience . The waterfall 15 minutes away with pools you could swim in and loads of castles dotted about made for great days out . Thanks so much for our wonderful stay . We definitely would like to return .

Claudio and his wife were perfect hosts. Always responsive and helpful. Thanks again for the great welcome 🥰 We recovered very well and were able to enjoy the peace and the view. The proximity to the sea (1 hour drive, no curves) surprised us positively. Even if the last kilometer to the house seems adventurous at first glance, everything is half as wild as it is easy to drive. We will probably return.
