Monthly Rentals in Montepagano

We dad an amazing stay in this beautiful, modern flat near the beach in Giulianova! The location is perfect, just a short distance to the sea, and the flat had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts, a lovely couple, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. The only thing we missed were mosquito screens on the windows, which would have allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea breeze in the evenings and at night. Still, it was a fantastic experience, and we'd love to return!

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by Emanuele's brother, Federico. He showed us around the apartment and gave us all the necessary information. The apartment was "sparkling clean" and clean, everything you needed was available. In short, a great place to stay with nothing to complain about. In the "courtyard", or in the outdoor area, our dog was able to move freely after the long drive and we relax comfortably. The location of the property is very close to the sea and many restaurants. We highly recommend this place and thank Emanuele and his two brothers for the hospitality.

Massimiliano's house is very pleasant, cool despite the heat because the air circulates very well; you can enjoy the countryside near the sea. Massimiliano was very helpful since our arrival and nice during our stay. The neighbors, relatives of Massimiliano, were also welcoming and friendly. We had a great time, a very nice and relaxing week of vacation, with many things to do and see, but also enjoy the apartment. Ester and Lorenzo
