Monthly Rentals in Montegiano

A rustic and well-kept house in a very quiet environment, from which you can explore the area very well. The hot tub is a little outdated, which was made up for by the beautiful garden and the very great cleanliness. The contact with the landlords was very pleasant and professional.

Great (short) stay. We had to leave early due to personal circumstances. We visited in October and Tina did mention there is no central heating. There are two fire stoves and the bedrooms have electric panels. We were not cold. It's a very rustic place, so be prepared to live close to nature :-) The view is extraordinaire. Quick, great communication with an extensive welcome guide. Thanks for the stay!

Sergio was a very kind and helpful person. The apartment is small and basic but very clean and I was able to cook basic meals (there is a gas stove and a small grill type oven, which I didn't use). The kitchen equipment is basic but sufficient. The shower is excellent! the bed very comfortable. It is in a quiet and peaceful location. I had a great time and used it as a base to visit Fano, the seaside and the hills, all on my bike.

Amazing, spacious house with everything you need, good wifi, nice private garden, tightly fenced (dogs!) beautiful area, also nice for long walks. Reasonable distance to highway, plenty of interesting places to visit within 1-1,5 hr drive. good communication with owners ( thanks for a nice bottle of spunante! :) we highly recommend it and would definitely come back!
