Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

We had a very nice stay at Gianfranco’s Apartment. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was situated close to the center of town, about 5 minute walk. The bed was firm but nice and there were mosquito screes on the bedroom and kitchen windows which provided a nice breeze. The road below was a bit noisy with car traffic since it was one of the roads out of the walled city. It did settle down during the night until morning. Overall we had a great time in Orvieto. Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here! I can’t recommend it enough, especially for fans of Normal People. The area is very peaceful and beautiful, amazing for a nice getaway. Giada and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Giada was very communicative and responsive and provided great recommendations. I already miss it, thank Giada for such an amazing stay!

Great place! Matteo very kind explained to us by video how to get to the apartment. We enjoyed a lot the days we were there. The location is perfect, close to a square and a 5/10 min walk from the lake. Nice place to really rest. Recommended to visit the castle above the mountain.

Wow!!! What can I say about this most magical place that hasn’t already been said? 10/10 recommend Simone’s place. We will be talking about this stay for years to come. The property, the communication, the hotel amenities (restaurant Zita was wonderful but the spa massage experience was out of this world), the scenery. Just wow! Book this place while you can. We feel so lucky to have been able to stay here on our 2 week Tuscany adventure. Grazie!

We stayed at Maria Argia's for our first family vacation, she and her husband were very welcoming and helpful, they provided a cot and responded promptly to my requests to facilitate the trip with a newborn. Beautiful and clean studio apartment with everything you need to cook and eat at home, as we often did. Enjoyable and relaxing outdoor patio, very convenient indoor parking space. On foot in a very short time you get to both the lake and the beautiful village of Bolsena, they then suggested what to see nearby. Super recommended.

The apartment, the view and the balcony was something out of a postcard, close to everywhere that we wanted to see in the heart of the town. The apartment was very comfortable and very clean and Paola was a sweetheart. We did not want to leave.

Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

A cozy apartment in the center of Vignanello. There is free parking in front of the house. The apartment is in the basement, steep stairs, no elevator. Since the house was built in 1725, the interior is very beautiful: there is a niche for water, a fireplace, thick walls, narrow passages, and arches. Good renovation, lots of decorative items: violin, candles, guitar. There is a capsule coffee machine. Polite, responsive hosts were always in touch, quickly answered questions. The apartment is a little noisy in the morning, as there is a roadway right above it. Corso Garibaldi, 75 is a great place to get to know the Lazio region.

Serena was very nice and approachable. He provided us with several useful directions for the stay and also offered us a small breakfast. the apartment is very nice, spacious and equipped. central location

it was definitely one of our favorite Airbnb destinations. Beatrice was very responsive and had tons of useful information about all kinds of things to see in the area. She also showed us the amazing ancient tunnels beneath her home

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

We had a really lovely stay at apartamento Mia. The apartment is beautiful and is in a great location to see all the sights of Orvieto. It was also great that there was parking available, and Juna gave us really helpful directions to avoid the limited traffic zone! Everything was within walking distance and Juna gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to see nearby. Grazie Mille Juna!

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!

We had a pleasant stay in Lorenzo's apartment: nice location in the heart of the historic center of Viterbo, convenient to reach thanks to the elevators that connect to the free parking lots outside the walls. Apartment equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, very clean and tidy. Lorenzo's tips on bars and restaurants were highly appreciated. Francesco was the perfect host very communicative and responsive when needed - the unit was spotless and nice decor - loved being in the little town walking to the 3 lively restaurants, grocery and coffee shop not to mention the fabulous vineyards that surrounded the flat - we did some wonderful walks and did side trips to cute little towns - Would recommend highly

Manuela’s apartment was amazing. Lots of space. As like many others have previously mentioned the outdoor patio was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours in the afternoons out there on the comfy chaise loungers sitting in the sun and then watching the sunsets. Manuela met us and personally took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. She was flexible in the check in and out. Manuela left us a beautiful bottle of wine and chips, which was very much appreciated. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Parking was close by. Spello is an amazing town to visit and surrounding villages as well.
