Laura is an amazing host! She gave exact instructions on how to find the hidden away AirBnB. The place was clean and beautiful in a peaceful small neighborhood. Amazing and would absolutely stay here again!!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso! Anna è stata estremamente gentile e precisa fin dal primo contatto, fornendoci tutte le istruzioni in modo chiaro e puntuale. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti da Cinzia, una persona squisita che ci ha fatto fare il giro della casa e ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio. La casa è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace lontano dal caos della città: silenziosa, immersa nel verde e con un’atmosfera rilassante. Un grande punto a favore è la totale accoglienza verso gli animali: i nostri cuccioli si sono goduti il giardino completamente recintato in totale sicurezza e libertà, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole per tutta la famiglia. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un posto tranquillo, ben tenuto e gestito con grande cura. Grazie ancora ad Anna e Cinzia!

This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

We had a very nice stay at Gianfranco’s Apartment. It had everything we needed for our short stay. It was situated close to the center of town, about 5 minute walk. The bed was firm but nice and there were mosquito screes on the bedroom and kitchen windows which provided a nice breeze. The road below was a bit noisy with car traffic since it was one of the roads out of the walled city. It did settle down during the night until morning. Overall we had a great time in Orvieto. Although the apartment was a little basic, it was as described, so perfect for me. The location was excellent, right in the town and near all the amenities. I’m sure I would have had an excellent nights sleep in the comfortable bed, if it hadn’t been for the local dogs barking all night! Although I did not meet Maurizio in person, he communicated well, and was very helpful. A great host.

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here! I can’t recommend it enough, especially for fans of Normal People. The area is very peaceful and beautiful, amazing for a nice getaway. Giada and her family were very welcoming and friendly. Giada was very communicative and responsive and provided great recommendations. I already miss it, thank Giada for such an amazing stay!

Wow!!! What can I say about this most magical place that hasn’t already been said? 10/10 recommend Simone’s place. We will be talking about this stay for years to come. The property, the communication, the hotel amenities (restaurant Zita was wonderful but the spa massage experience was out of this world), the scenery. Just wow! Book this place while you can. We feel so lucky to have been able to stay here on our 2 week Tuscany adventure. Grazie!

Siamo stati da Maria Argia per la prima vacanza in famiglia, lei e il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili, hanno messo a disposizione il lettino e hanno risposto prontamente a mie richieste per facilitare il viaggio con un noenato. Monolocale bello e pulito con tutto il necessario anche per cucinare e mangiare a casa, come abbiamo fatto spesso. Patio esterno fruibile e rilassante, posto auto interno comodissimo. A piedi in pochissimo arrivi sia al lago che al bellissimo borgo di Bolsena, ci hanno poi suggerito cosa vedere nelle vicinanze. Super consigliato.

The apartment, the view and the balcony was something out of a postcard, close to everywhere that we wanted to see in the heart of the town. The apartment was very comfortable and very clean and Paola was a sweetheart. We did not want to leave.

Our apartment was stunning. From the frescos painted in 1840 on the walls, to the renovated bathrooms, kitchen, etc, it was stunning. I know can see why it was showcased in some architectural magazines. We were sad we could only stay one night. Definitely was of the coolest AirBnBs you will ever find. The medieval town of Orvieto is a gem and we loved all that we were able to see and do in a short stay. Achim was a fantastic host and took care of every detail in our place and even helped with our luggage! We hope to come back someday and will be sending friends his way! Thank you!!

Атмосферная квартира в центре Виньянелло. Перед домом бесплатная парковка. Квартира находится в подвале, крутая лестница, лифта нет. Так как дом построен в 1725 году, внутри очень красиво: есть ниша для воды, камин, толстые стены, узкие проходы, арки. Хороший ремонт, много предметов декора: скрипка, свечи, гитара. Есть капсульная кофемашина. Вежливые, отзывчивые хозяева всегда были на связи, быстро отвечали на вопросы. В квартире немного шумно по утрам, так как прямо над ней находится проезжая часть. Corso Garibaldi, 75 – отличное место для знакомства с регионом Лацио.

Questo host é veramente ben organizzato con ogni accortezza per venire incontro ai suoi ospiti. Dalle foto del portone, utilìssime per individuare subito la casa, al sale/pepe/olio della cucina, che ci ha aiutato per un pasto d' emergenza appena arrivati, prima di poter fare spesa. Posizione eccellente per visitare la città e bellissima vista dalla finestra. Gli ambienti  sono dotati di ogni comfort e arredati mettendo in luce le caratteristiche più antiche del palazzo. Se si volesse trovare per forza un difetto , segnalerei il pavimento in legno della sala e il materasso , che scricchiolano molto in alcuni punti e può essere un pó antipatico di notte . This host is really well organized with every precaution to meet the needs of his guests.Excellent location for visiting the city.If you really wanted to find a flaw, I would point out the wooden floor and the mattress, which creak a lot in some places and can be a bit unpleasant at night.

Ein wunderbarer Rückzugsort im Herzen von Pitigliano. Die Wohnung ist so schön und behaglich und ganz besonders - man freut sich jedesmal aufs nach-Hause-Kommen und will gar nicht wieder weg. Beatrice und ihr Mann sind super professionelle und gleichzeitig sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Wirklich eine Empfehlung!

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

We had a really lovely stay at apartamento Mia. The apartment is beautiful and is in a great location to see all the sights of Orvieto. It was also great that there was parking available, and Juna gave us really helpful directions to avoid the limited traffic zone! Everything was within walking distance and Juna gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat and things to see nearby. Grazie Mille Juna!

Appartamento pulito, ampio e confortevole ,abbiamo alloggiato per cinque giorni e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Si trova in ottima posizione per raggiungere i principali luoghi turistici. Abbiamo apprezzato il posto auto riservato. Sicuramente da consigliare .

It is a great place to stay and feel the quiet and peace of Tuscany! My family and I really enjoyed it. The apartment is really nice, with a unique style inside an ancient house. And without a doubt, it has one of the best views from the kitchen and terrace that I have ever seen!

Abbiamo passato un piacevole soggiorno nell'appartamento di Lorenzo: bella posizione nel cuore del centro storico di Viterbo, comodo da raggiungere grazie agli ascensori che collegano ai parcheggi gratuiti fuori dalle mura. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, molto pulito e ordinato. Apprezzatissimi i consigli di Lorenzo su bar e ristoranti. Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare presso questo appartamento a Viterbo.

Manuela’s apartment was amazing. Lots of space. As like many others have previously mentioned the outdoor patio was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours in the afternoons out there on the comfy chaise loungers sitting in the sun and then watching the sunsets. Manuela met us and personally took us to the apartment and explained everything to us. She was flexible in the check in and out. Manuela left us a beautiful bottle of wine and chips, which was very much appreciated. Everything you needed was in the apartment. Parking was close by. Spello is an amazing town to visit and surrounding villages as well.
