Beautiful accommodation surrounded by greenery. Top location, we were able to explore Tuscia with peace of mind. Romana super host, she gave us all the directions and was super helpful. We were greeted by Sara who gave us tips about the area and was always available! If you want to explore Tuscia or just spend some time in nature, this place is for you

It was a lovingly furnished apartment with an incredibly great view of the lake and sunset. I liked the kitchen the best, especially the large gas stove. Our dog was also warmly welcomed with a bowl of water and food. The place is romantic and within walking distance with lots of restaurants, the beach promenade of the lake is well maintained and our dog was welcome everywhere. I'm sure we'll be back!

The beautiful home that Flavia and her parents, Fabio and Antonella, rent is absolutely wonderful. The view is breathtaking and the home carefully furnished with antique furniture that adds to the charm and beauty. Amelia is a lovely and peaceful town that everyone should visit! Flavia and her parents are the best -- friendly, responsive and just warm and lovely people. When I visit and see them, it's like seeing dear friends. Their place is the best!

Silivia's place is in the heart of old town and a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the are quite a bit and will definitely stay at Silvia's on our next visit. She is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to be helpful with recommending restaurants to arranging car services - such an amazing host!

grate location, 5 minute drive to the beach on the lake, lots of restaurants, very relaxing nice, would definitely recommend it for couples, families, I will be returning next year with my missis and kids. luca was really helpful, and very responsive, look forward to coming back next year.

The apartment is in a quiet and peaceful village, far from vehicular traffic, surrounded by unspoiled nature and with beautiful surroundings to visit. The town of Sant'Angelo (the town of fairy tales) deserves special attention, a short distance from Roccalvecce, where almost all the facades of the town have murals with subjects taken from fairy tales, a must-see!

I absolutely loved the apartment – it was comfortable, beautifully set up, and had everything I needed. Barbara was so warm and welcoming, I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I’ll definitely be back – thank you, Barbara!

The house overlooks a beautiful valley, overlooking the ruins and walls of Amelia. The swallows flash by the window...a wonderful view. The apartment is super clean and tastefully furnished. Marco was very kind and available to give us information about everything we could use. In Amelia we were treated very well and felt " pampered ". We also had a lot of useful information from the Municipality on how to make the most of our stay , including directions to the most beautiful sites to visit , both at a naturalistic and cultural level

Had the best stay at Enrico's place!!! Beautiful gardens, pool, views and more 😍 We wanted to BBQ one night and Domenico prepared the bigger house's BBQ for us since this place doesn't have one, which was so kind!! Very nice donkeys, cat and dogs too ❤️ Will be back 1000%!

Monica was a communicative host and made parking and check-in easy. The apartment was very clean, and it was apparent there was a lot of care put into the design. It was beautiful and located in a great location overlooking Piazza San Donato. Staying in the Civita overnight allowed us to enjoy the serenity and beauty of the area without any tour groups. Highly recommend this place!

We had a fabulous stay. The location is great for town and the lake. The town of Bolsena is old and very interesting, we loved strolling around. The apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable. Our hosts were so kind and helpful. We would return any time and highly recommend this stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at the apartment! Sergio was there to greet us on arrival, was kind enough to help with our bags, and shared some local places to eat with us. The apartment is pristine, bright, and spacious with lovely furnishings and very comfortable beds! Kitted out with everything we needed. We spent a lazy morning on the terrace overlooking the hills, fresh coffee in hand! A very peaceful and quiet spot but close enough to shops and restaurants and the pretty town of Todi. We had a nice stay on our bike trip to Rome in Fabio's studio. Large, beautiful space with beautiful views over the hills. Fabio made sure that our bikes could be safely parked in a garage 200m away. The e-bike could charge there. Fabio even helped carry the luggage up the stairs from the street to the studio. His recommendation for a restaurant was very good. Amelia is a beautiful town and we would love to come back, in Fabio's studio!

The house is really nice and clean, in a convenient location within walking distance of downtown with easy parking. Riccardo was a perfect and very helpful host, a helpful guy, and he gave us a lot of advice on where to eat and what to do.

I don't think you can find a better place to stay, hotel or otherwise, in the surrounding area. So glad we decided to go the Airbnb route instead of the hotel route. For the cost, this place is absolutely huge. The pool, hot tub, and wine cellar are just icing on the cake. The place has the best view of the Umbrian countryside you can imagine. Valeria (your local concierge) was extremely helpful in planning and booking our winery tour day. I will be dreaming of this place until I am able to return. 5 stars across the board, I will never stay anywhere else in the area.

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

Pleasant stay. It has no kitchen, so you depend on the restaurant of the place and it is limited for long stays. We stayed one night, so it was perfect

We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

the house is very clean and very cozy with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI Luciana statue was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to make the most of the area. The house is comfortable and equipped with everything even the chargers on the bedside table. Vitorchiano is already beautiful in itself. It is an excellent solution to visit Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its Phantom village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to go to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we have treasured and that have made our stay even more interesting . highly recommended
